We don't have kids or another dog so this interaction is all she gets with others. Bonnie posts pictures everyday of the dogs playing so you can see your pup is actually having fun. Plus, it's right in the animal hospital. If I need to take Grace for shots, they take her during the day to get them. When Grace was spayed Bonnie kept a close eye on her throughout the day and next morning. She sent adorable pictures showing she made it thru surgery well. I board Grace when needed. I can tell they take great care of her as she doesn't come back with a different personality. The best part is that the boarding area is clean and the dogs have ample space. The Playland is clean and well-run. Pricing is inline with other playlands in the area.

I've been a dog owner for over 20 years and have experience using several certified dog owners. I received over 5 auto generated emails that printed were over a page each, and when I asked questions on cost, was directed to their client log in page that linked 10+ other pages that when printed were over a page in length. I appreciate the attention to detail, but you need to listen to feedback from many customers - this is way too much time to put on the customer and the content is just too much! Ultimately decided to go a different route because I suspect the process even after enrollment will be a PIA!

There was a time when we needed the sitter to give medication to our cat and I was concerned but there was no reason. We came back and all the medicine had been dispensed properly. This company were not only very responsive, including the owner, but they did an outstanding job in reassuring us that our puppy was in great hands! We then chose our time of day we wanted them to come and our preferences of how many times and how long we wanted the pet sitter to stay. When everything was booked, we met Cassandra and Alisha and Chloe loved them RIGHT away! That was something my husband and I really liked, is that the sitters who would be watching her, met her prior to us going away. All of this happened in a span of 2 weeks since our original plans of who would watch Chloe fell through. During the trip, Cassandra and Alisha were AMAZING! We received email updates with pictures after every bedtime visit (we chose 3 visits a day with just one update but you can customize to however you want!). Those pictures and updates are what got us through the week! It was great because the girls not only cleaned up fuzz and animal pieces from her toys, but also helped clean the containers that had her food in them. During that week, Chloe was on a special diet of chicken and rice as well as medicine and a powder probiotic. the girls did WONDERFUL with managing that entire situation. Jessica, the owner was also beyond amazing for getting back to us so quickly when it was the day before we left for our vacation and she had to be put on all of this medicine and special diet. Some were good but others weren't! The owner lives in Florida and is clueless. The dogs NEVER got fresh water and I caught some of them going through my things! 1 actually got loud with my dogs! My dogs got so stressed they now have behavioral issues. There's no one to complain to because the owner doesn't want to deal with it or worse, spins it! She doesn't respond to emails or text if she doesn't like what's in them.
