The second they realize we're getting close to BARK CITY, they're both up at the window, tails going a million miles an hour, barking like they've just spotted their long-lost best friends. At this point, I'm pretty sure they know the route better than I do! The staff is absolutely incredible. They know Dusty and Maverick so well and treat them like family. And judging by how exhausted and happy they are when they come home, I'm pretty sure they spend the entire day partying while I'm working! What makes BARK CITY so special is everything they offer: Multiple photos throughout the day -- I get to watch my boys play, lounge, socialize, and apparently have a much more exciting social life than I do. Daily report cards -- I love getting the scoop on what they did all day. Honestly, I sometimes know more about their day than I know about mine! Live webcams -- Because apparently I need to check in on them while they're having fun without me. And yes... I do. More than once. Grooming services -- They come home clean, fresh, and looking handsome enough to make me wonder if they even belong to me! The shop -- Toys, treats, and everything a spoiled pup could possibly want. And somehow, Dusty and Maverick always seem to think they need something new. BARK CITY is so much more than daycare--it's their happy place. I brought my 18…read moremonth old German Shepherd to them after dealing with dog reactivity which started during treat training classes that used barriers . The only answers I got was to keep throwing treats at him and to avoid the situations , basically leave my dog at home . My dog is my world and I want to share my life with him . I was lucky enough to come across Ramon and Hudson K9. From the very beginning, we never avoided the triggers , we never ran and hid from them ; like at the other places . We faced them head on with behavior modification . Not only did Ramon have Odin's confidence grow , but more importantly mine . He reminds me all the time that there is nothing Odin can't do . I'm able to take Odin out with me anywhere now and we are practicing for our CGC . I wish I found Ramon and Hudson K9 sooner, they have been a life saver and have become a second home . I wouldn't train anywhere else ever again!!!! If you are looking for a trainer and facility that offers basic obedience, rally , boot camp, pack walks , street smart walks, canine good citizen prep and testing , behavior modification and so much more I can't recommend Hudson K9 enough .

Its taken me almost 5 months to respond here... our experience with our k9 Hudson female trainer…read more(co-owner) was terrible. it started out fine, until our pup's leash was taken out of grasp and our pup was pulled straight up, choking her. ---from that point on we couldn't even get her collar on or put her in the car to attend class... she would panic, tremble...we did attend 2 more but not a good experience our pup even began to nip at us. So, we decided in the best interest of our new pup not to go return for the final testing class. We wrote the establishment and the trainer stating we wouldn't be returning....they just responded with "well, good luck you?". what's sad is her lack of acknowledgment/ asking us how it was going, etc, above all--lack of the trainers awareness here with us and our pup....when she witnessed both of us and our pup get so upset during the last class where the trainer was showing her who boss... and her nipping her now. The best news above all is we've attended 3 other training facilities with a huge success and our pup is doing terrific!,!,

My dog, clearly agreed that she was wonderful and began greeting her that way every time. I admitted it right off.. although I have a lovely dog, her separation anxiety makes her high maintenance. MANY dog walkers or sitters have turned me down, immediately, when I explained my situation. Not only was Susan willing to come meet my goofy great dane, she has fallen in love with her. That being said.... I met Susan with Peesh's pets only a few weeks ago. I needed a change in pet care as I wanted someone that this was their only job, not someone doing this as a part time gig... Well I found it! Susan is the owner/operator and is extremely dedicated to her business and LOVES animals. So my story, I was out of town for literally a 12 day work meeting. I received multiple daily updates and one of the updates from Susan came in saying that my dog was showing a bump on his back hip area. We decided she would watch it but I would make a vet appt for my day of return. The day of me arriving home I received a message that she was going to take my dog to the ER and I agreed, the bump had doubled in size. Long story short my flight was delayed multiple times and I did not get here in time for while my dog was at the ER, she got him home about 1:30 in the morning and STAYED with him until I got in at 6:00am!!! She would not leave him alone after what he had been through. Preliminary diagnosis is cancer, and Susan is the one that had to tell me the news. I can't imagine how that was for her as I broke down. She would not accept any further compensation for what she did for me. This goes beyond being a "pet sitter". She is a part of our lives, she has a care and love for what she does that goes beyond anything I could of imagined. We we're going out of town for a few days and needed someone to check in and feed our dog. Prior to our trip we met for about a half hour to have her meet our dog, Holly, and go over the details. We chose for her to stop in 2 times per day, which covered feeding, company and walks. Holly, who is rather shy, warmed up to April very nicely. She was kind and gentle. While on our trip, at the end if each day, we received a brief summary of the visit and she also provided a few pics. We are very happy with AAA Pet Sitting and will definitely hire them again. I took my cat to Crossroads Animal Hospital because he was coughing but had no other symptoms. I…read moreinitially believed it was something mild. The veterinarian recommended an X-ray and prescribed a steroid. The medication seemed to help, but a few days later, I was told that my cat likely had cancer and needed to see a specialist. I was hesitant because of the financial cost and the uncertainty surrounding the diagnosis, so I asked whether we could try other treatments first. After several conversations with the veterinarian, I was eventually convinced to take my cat to a specialist. Following additional testing, the specialist found no signs of cancer, lumps, or anything else supporting the original concern. Instead, I was told that my cat had allergies and that, if there had been another issue, the steroids had already resolved it. This experience caused months of unnecessary stress, thousands of dollars in expenses, missed time from work, and the emotional strain of believing my cat might have cancer. When I contacted Crossroads Animal Hospital afterward, they continued to stand by their assessment and offered little more than an apology. West Boston Vet was kind enough to help me recover some of the money I spent on testing that day. They also seemed to agree that bringing my cat in for those tests had been unnecessary. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about Crossroads Animal Hospital's judgment and its ability to distinguish between a common condition such as allergies and something as serious as cancer. I understand that veterinary medicine involves uncertainty. However, suggesting such a devastating diagnosis without stronger evidence and then failing to meaningfully address the financial and emotional consequences showed a disappointing lack of care, accountability, and competence. Based on how my cat's case was handled, I strongly suggest other pet owners don't take their pets to Crossroads Animal Hospital.

We were at a previous vet and switched here because of the lower medical rates for dental cleanings…read moreand tooth extractions. I learned so much from one visit about my dog than I ever did with my previous vet. She uses in technical medical language, so if you want layman's terms I would ask her. I did learn that they require an annual fecal test to check for worms, which my previous vet never did. In addition, they require yearly blood work if your dog takes a daily drug like Prozac-previous vet never checked that either but makes sense. A 30 day supply is $20. I liked that there were small private exam rooms which my high stress dog benefited from. I only gave it 4 because the staff did not call me back when I inquired about dental rates, after waiting a week. We did appreciate them doing the leg work to get my dog's records from our previous vet. But there was a lack of communication between them as one only faxed and the other only did emails. The staff was very nice and helpful during our visit.
