Gordon proposed a temporary permanent fix. I liked his proposal, he agreed to come back next day. He came when he said he would, cut out problem area and filled with hot top and proceeded to pack it with a vibrating packer. Gordon's worker, who I believe to be his son was able to go the extra mile and found the extra material needed to complete job. Needless to say I was more than impressed. His pricing was so fair It brought a tear to my eye. Thank you TWO GUYS!

Since we had suffered water damage, they removed the lower portion of the walls and treated the studs in order to prevent mold/mildew to start. Every step of the way the customer service as well as the work done to our home was totally professional. There was open, two-way communication all along the way; the owner of the company is always available to you. The crew came and did their work every day and cleaned up before they left. While our work was not "planned" since it was as a result of a flood, they clearly added to the value of our home. The redone area included a bathroom, laundry room, family room and bedroom....all look better than they did before. The work was top notch and they will without a doubt be who we turn to for any future work in our home.

Both fences are beautiful quality wood and were installed perfectly straight in all dimensions. The crew arrived early this a.m. and finished promptly; they were professional and a joy to have at my house. I will never use any other company for fencing; Parker is the best.

We were pleased to learn the long time employee who managed our 1st install is now the owner! He was incredibly responsive and professional, we spent time finding the "right" look in terms of fence style with him and his wife, and are thrilled with how it came out. We actually chose 2 different types of fence, black iron and vinyl privacy. The look is great, the crew left no mess, and the whole thing is rock solid! Highly reccommend them.

However 2) Follow up Customer Service is awful and I don't know how this person continues the business. Last year 2022 I had an issue needing a repair, never saw Joe, he sent two workers that spent no more than 15 minutes, couldn't explain why the issue occurred and left supposedly having fixed it. April this year 2023, the exact issue occurred. I contacted Joe and told, he'd get back to me. He didn't so a few calls later he did and told me he'd stop by when "in the area". It's now 2 months later and no sign of him. His office person told me on 6/14 he was coming that day. No show. I've left messages twice since with no call back. So If no issues post install, great but expect nothing but lies, no communication .. if anything needs to be done after the install. Go elsewhere!
