I finally got the bar lights and one has fallen down twice. (I just fixed it myself) I wanted two outlets in my island, but settled for one just to be done with it. The "top tier" cabinets, with "triple baked on paint" are ehh. I have paint coming off (see photo) on the edge of the garbage can cabinet. If the bag isn't pulled out straight up it with rip. So, what would cause the paint to rub off? Warped cabinet doors, they said to wait a year for the full cycle of the seasons and the doors will straighten on their own. Has not happened. Again, these are they're top tier, most expensive cabinets. I have a spot, next to my stovetop, where they missed putting grout between the backsplash and the countertop. (see phot) I haven't bothered to call Full Measure to fix it For the he money I spent, I expected better.

Serves me right for trusting a charismatic, what we thought was a very diligent and caring sales person and not going over all the product codes with a fine tooth comb when we made the purchase. On the order form, there is only the product code with no description of the product. I just assumed she entered them correctly. So needless to say it was all our fault for not entering every product code from the manufacturer on the internet when we got home to make sure everything was correct. At no point was it the sales persons fault according to them. Then they tell me it will be an extra $600 if we want the stuff we thought we were ordering in matte black. I'm returning everything minus the tub and the rough in stuff because all that has already been installed and taking my business elsewhere and I strongly suggest you do the same. We are no longer able to move into our new home before my wife has our second child due to this negligence. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

I have an open floor plan in my house, and I wanted them to build a soffit to delineate space between the kitchen/dining area and the living room, put a faux beam under it, and make it look like it's always been there. I also wanted them to attach faux beams from the soffit to the wall across the space to create a modern take on Viga beams. They did a stunning job. The quality of their craftsmanship is clear.
