The sliding glass doors have been junk since installed. Glass breaking, seals breaking, door handles literally falling off. How well will these hold up in a hurricane if they fall apart when a person opens them?! Bob Parton is the contact here. I emailed him, called, left messages...no return. It got down to calling him four or five times a day, just to get an answer. The seal was broken on my oceanfront view from the beginning of my contact with Bob in April of 2021 to April 2022 when I was finally able to go pick up my glass. Receiving galas was an issue during Covid, however, this was more of a lack of will because it was under warranty than a Covid issue. Even when I spoke to Bob on several occasions, and he said he would call me back... Crickets to follow until I called and called and called again. I have NEVER had to push a grown man so hard to do do his job. The handles on the sliding glass doors are cheap, break all the time, and are simply not meant for these heavy doors. I've recently been told I will have to pay for the replacement of all of them because they are not meant for rentals. What???? That's what all of these condos are. That's what they were when they installed the doors, and that's what they are now. If you install a commercial grade heavy door, you need a commercial grade heavy handle...right?! Their website says "Experienced and Reliable". 100% not reliable, unless you force it upon them. "Quality products"...absolutely garbage!!! "Satisfaction guaranteed" I don't think I've ever been so disgusted with a company, their lack of respect of a person's time, their lack of care, and their worthless products.

I picked up some building material through my friends construction company account. The prices were significantly cheaper. They, of course, carry lumber along with a lot of other needed supplies. They are not a Home Depot or Lowes. So, this location, does not aisles of stock for you to shop. I have been to locations where they are more like that but this one is more geared to the contractor. The staff is friendly and helpful. They found what I needed quickly and I was loaded up and on my way in no time. I will continue to get my major building supplies here.

We have reached out multiple times for help and they respond by blocking us, and suggesting that maybe we should "slow down" instead. This is unsafe in the case of an evacuation or emergency response, and nothing is being done. Since I reached out personally and they didn't want to handle the situation with me privately via chat, this is how we are proceeding. They are greedy and unethical and will leave you in a lurch. Also, they improperly installed the roof and we are actively involved in a class action lawsuit over it because DR Horton won't take responsibility for the roof peeling up on a 2 year old house. After waiting several months due to supply issues, our bathroom glass was finally installed. Unfortunately, the installer rushed the job and performed sloppy work. The shower door in one of the bathrooms is visibly crooked with a large gap on the bottom of one side. When this was brought up to the installer he stated "that's the best I can do". I have attempted to reach out to Greenhill by phone, email and even through my builder, but they have not responded. I guess it is safe to assume that they will not be fixing my shower door.
