Not only have they guided us through each step with great professionalism, communication and care for details, they also provided a top-notch presentation of our home, which resulted in immediate offers above asking price. In contrast to other brokers who were solely focused on Dollar per sq/ft numbers and "comps", Heather and Steve 'got' our home from the start and were able to sell it well above the estimates the other brokers gave us. We simply could not have made a better choice! If we could, we would give them a bonus star for also just being awesome people.

After a while, I started to see Dan, he showed up and showed him around. He explained how it work between with any Property Management and the owner while requesting for any work repair. There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. I have been telling everyone I know, because I have rarely encountered service as amazing as this! We appreciate that Nick has a calm demeanour. He isn't pushy, and even though he was listing a number of properties, he tried to show us what he thought would suit us best, instead of just trying to get us to see his listings. My husband and I had a house that we absolutely loved, but it went off the market. Nick showed us other houses, but we kept thinking about the original house we liked. The previous deal fell though (yay for us!), and Nick went to work getting us the best deal on the house before it went back on the market. Nick is very attentive and his service went beyond just getting us the house. He arranged for a locksmith to change out the locks, had the house cleaned before we came, and arranged for someone to clean the carpet. When our water heater didn't work and the home warranty company was dragging its feet - - Nick was on top of it. Which brings me to another point - Nick is very well connected in the Sacramento area. He has a team of professionals in every aspect of owning a home that he can refer you to. We were having trouble getting a loan because I had taken some time off between jobs and so lenders were considering me "unemployed," and would't give us their best rates. Nick found us a lender who not only got around the "unemployment" issue, but also gave us the best rate by far! Likewise, he hooked us up with an insurance agent who gave us a way better rate than anyone else. I could go on and on and on, but Nick is in a league of his own! We have dealt with numerous other realtors, and the realtor who sold our home was also very good, but Nick is in a class by himself! He even told us that when he sells a home he pays for the staging - - wow! I have never heard of that!

They will install random, cheap tile and grout and then tell you that's what you ordered. 2.) Hire a home inspector before you complete the purchase. We have found many defective windows with moisture between the glass panels but it took us a long time to find them. Really cheap windows that will cost a fortune to replace out of warranty.

Doesn't show up for appointments, fails to return calls, then eventually just gives up on the project after wasting both my time and money. Professionalism should not be out of the ordinary for a service company. As someone that works with many contractors, it is not worth any amount to hire a company that lacks professionalism as it will only cause you issues down the road. Don't bother with this company!

She was thorough, professional, on top of everything, incredibly patient and flexible, and offered great advice on how to assess various houses and how to proceed with negotiations. She even drove out to a house whose listing we saw online but couldn't go see ourselves immediately, and gave us a video-call tour of the property! My parents were able to buy a great house within a couple of weeks of starting their search, and Kim was there every step of the way and even after they moved in. Moreover, she even connected them to a great agent in the Bay Area to sell their house simultaneously. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective realtor in the area!

After perusing a few houses and the neighborhoods they were in, Kim suggested maybe looking in Placer county in the Rocklin/Roseville/Folsom area. And that's what we did.......for the next 6 months...... Kim was really patient throughout this whole process and due to our pickiness (it is a HOUSE after all....) we must have looked at over 30 properties before finding the house that I now own. She was very helpful in not only assisting me with finding the right loan agent, but also getting me set up with the title company, providing me a list of #s and contacts for local utilities, and just being there whenever I have any questions. I still to this day bug her from time to time with some question or other and she's never too busy to get back to me. If your in the market for a new home, definitely give Kim a try. Since I was leaving CA and moving to another…read morestate, I was assured that communication would be ongoing between the title companies so it would be seamless. This DID NOT happen. The CA transaction was the worst that I have ever had to deal with in my 4 decades of owning homes in CA. I was frequently on the phone and answering text messages to my agent and title company. At times it was relentless. My agent was over-bearing and used high pressure tactics to get me to accept the offer. I really wanted to go for the open house to generate more interest, but she lied and said the buyer would walk if I did this. She then, acted almost like the buyer's agent as well. Taking them on walk through's of my condo, and communicating with them. I even asked about this and why I had to pay a buyers commission if my agent was doing all the work. She said that was an ethical issue. It was all about keeping the buyers happy and not me. This buyer is getting a lot from me for the price and the seller where I am going, certainly did not do that for me. All in all, it was an unpleasant experience and transaction on the CA side. The buyers here got the Moon, while I got the shaft.
