They were so kind and friendly, and we truly appreciate it. Our family were not always on the same page as we looked for our new home. She provided us options when our situation became urgent after we sold our previous home. She helped find the perfect house for us, not letting us settle. Karen was so supportive. She bent over backwards to make sure we get the house we wanted, even working through holidays. When we occupied the house and had an issue with the hot water heater, Karen was there to talk us through the issue as I panicked a little (Okay, I was freaking out.) When something came up, he stayed calm and explained the options clearly so we could actually decide instead of guessing. What stood out most was that he treated both deals with the same care. Selling and buying at the same time is a lot, and he handled the moving pieces so we didn't have to chase anyone down. We always knew what was happening next. If you want a realtor who listens, stays patient when the process gets messy, and actually follows through, Mark is the one we'd recommend without hesitation. For example, they spent an enormous amount of time helping me to arrange furniture, landscaping, and other aspects of my home to ensure it showed well. They also took the time to listen to me and understand what was important to me in selling a home, and ensured that their priorities reflected my own. I never felt pressured or forced into a decision or strategy that I didn't agree with. One very unique attribute of this husband and wife team is their fantastic communication. Whether by phone, text, email, or in person meetings, I always felt connected to their process through constant communication and response to my questions and inquiries. As a team, they are a seemless extension of each other, and I felt like I was truly part of their team. Just the idea of selling or buying real estate can be stressful. We knew she loved her home and it was important to us to find the right buyer who would love and care for her home as she had. We didn't want to see it fall into the hands of an investor who would only want to flip it or turn it into a rental, and Alisa coordinated with another real estate agent and found the perfect buyer for it. A first time buyer, young couple just starting out who would love it as much as she did. But she didn't stop there. Alisa did that and so much more.
