He commented on the fact that the tile I purchased initially was actually on the mesh crooked and I'm glad he did because that would have driven me nuts! After another weekend of tile shopping for straight tile, we were ready. He was friendly, helpful and professional. He answered our call quickly and we had our backsplash installed by Olin yesterday, grouted today and it looks great!!! They helped us select a grout color that went very well with our tile and counter and Olin suggested an end treatment which looks fantastic. I would definitely hire them again when we do our bathrooms and I would recommend them whole heartedly. Jerry also has double digit a+ reviews on Angie's list, which is how I found him in the first place. Thanks JKS!!!

He was prompt in getting back to us with a quote that was reasonable and acceptable. He and his team started the following day, tearing out the pre-existing concrete. We did have to wait for their return to remove the frames but once that was done, we could fully admire the new driveway and walkway, that exceeded our expectation. Disappointed. Have little to no regard for customer's time…read more Small bathroom reno project was supposed to finish within 3 weeks. Took 6 weeks longer and still could not procure material on time. I am not price sensitive client. I dont nickel and dime. I didnt negotiate price - i paid asking price because i expected A+ quality work. They still dropped the ball. Imagine how bad they will be when they *dont* get what they want. It took me 2 hours to find the same materials on Home Depot and have it delivered within 48 hours for less price and equal or better quality. His response was, "Hate to jinx it, but maybe the glass door gets broken during delivery". Had to terminate the GC over incompetence like this. They are small time contractors but charge pricing just like a big company. Advantage with bigger company is, their suppliers and sub-contractors take them seriously and deliver goods on time. Had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes and finish the project. I wont recommend them to my friends. Update: he texted to say he will sue me if i dont remove this review.

I can't say enough great things about Certified Pro Restoration. I originally reached out to them…read morethrough a referral to get pricing for a demolition project on a flip property. From the very beginning, they impressed me. Not only was their pricing fair, but they were ready and willing to start the very next morning -- I didn't even bother getting a second estimate. When I arrived at the property at 8:00 AM the next day, they had already completed about a quarter of the demolition. They started early and worked efficiently, all without being a nuisance to the neighbors. That level of professionalism and consideration really stood out. They also referred me to a great supplier for high-quality kitchen cabinets at amazing prices. After seeing their work ethic during demolition, I hired them for the cabinet installation -- and they did a fantastic job. From there, I decided to use them for the majority of the renovation project. The only parts I subcontracted out were the new roof and the HVAC system (since I received a package deal through my AC/heating supplier). Throughout the entire project, they showed up every single day and worked efficiently and consistently. When the house was complete and ready to sell, they even helped certify that there was no mold due to prior issues -- which gave me and the buyers additional peace of mind. I've since referred them to several of my real estate agent friends, who have also used them for their clients' needs. I highly recommend Certified Pro Restoration to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and professional contractors. They truly exceeded my expectations.

That's very important to me being a single mother that they didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge in construction. They cleaned the area beautifully upon completion of the job. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends and will always hire them again for any concrete needs. Lastly, the work they did is beautiful!!!!! I am one very satisfied customer.

David personally came over to discuss the work and take measurements. The estimate was prompt and detailed, and the price was competitive. David was very responsive, and kept in touch with me regarding the upcoming work. David and his crew arrived on-time every day and were always pleasant to work with. I had a few complicated requirements, and everything was done exactly as requested. Anytime there was an issue with the job (not uncommon with large, diverse projects), David explained the issue and recommended solutions. One complexity was adding a step-down section at the edges so that red brick trim could be installed later around the perimeter of the driveway and back patio--it turned out exactly as I had hoped, and will make the masonry project a breeze. I only wish I could find other contractors who were as responsive, professional, and skilled as David Morris Concrete. I give David and his crew a solid 5-star rating!
