I am appalled at the service in this place. I am a designer, and stopped by to see an item in…read moreperson, but did not have an appointment with a sales person. I was barred from entering the show room until I told the (very rude) receptionist why I was there! When I explained what I was looking for I was told "we don't have that" and then she proceeded to turn around and deal with someone else who apparently deserved attention more. I asked another employee where the sinks were located and I was shooed away and told "over there" as she gestured to an entire side of the showroom. Every time I ran into an employee here I was not asked if I needed help, I wasn't even greeted or smiled at - instead I was given a smug "smile" if you could call it that and was asked to move out of the way. I have been to many high end design showrooms with price points much higher than Ferguson and have never been treated like this. I understand that making an appointment is the ideal way of doing business, however there needs to be a way to accommodate customers without treating them like trash. Whoever is in charge of the sales floor - I hope you read this and I hope some changes are made.

When you walk into Ferguson with its gleaming showroom and countless options for your home and…read morekitchen, it's difficult to understand the one-star and two-star reviews online. Upscale options and tremendous variety abound! But when you're not visiting just to gawk, and you're genuinely attempting to assemble components for your soon-to-be refurbished home bathrooms, you begin to see the shortcomings of Ferguson. Despite numerous employees, forget anyone helping you because you'll soon discover that all the other customers have "made a reservation." Okay, that's an easy issue to solve in the future. Without a "reservation" we were encouraged to scan QR codes for each display to determine available finishes, prices, and measurements. But not even the most modern phones could scan the world's tiniest QR codes throughout the store. The lighting is odd within the store, so significant that you cannot clearly determine whether the color or finish you're considering would look appropriate in your bathroom at home. All of their competitor's stores are sufficiently lit. As we looked for a top to our bathroom vanity, we learned Ferguson doesn't sell vanity tops. They only sell the entire vanity. We have seven-foot-long bathroom vanities in all of our bathrooms like everyone else in our neighborhood does. It's not unusual. However, Ferguson's vanities apparently max out at six feet, so this was obviously no use to us. And don't even get us started on how convoluted the Ferguson website is! We ended up designing our two remodeled bathrooms at a different store.

I can't say enough nice things about Ferguson's choices. I went to Great Kitchens. Brooke Puetz was very knowledgeable and seemed helpful...at first. I received a picture of a few cabinets and a proposed cost of 30,000. Prior to leaving the store, Brooke said she would send me a list and itemize the costs. The email I received was as follow: "You would be looking around $30,000 for your cabinets (kitchen, dining, and extra storage room), give or take depending on if add or take away anything. Price Includes... -Tax -Delivery -Installation -Hardware -Roll out trays -Pull out trash can Let me know if you to finalize things and work on more firm numbers and drawings!" I contacted Brooke by email and followed up with phone calls. Radio silent. My husband called Great Kitchens and didn't hear anything. Obviously Great Kitchen doesn't need customers. The renovation experience has been interesting. I will be posting about the good bad and ugly of the experiences. My recommendation: Williams Cabinets in Smyrna, owner Donnie is extremely helpful.

Despite the owner continually telling me someone would be out, the issue remains. They are unreliable in every sense. Decent cabs but there are alot of other companies you could choose for semi- customs. Over 4 months is way beyond what anyone should wait for such a minor repair. Stay Away from this business !!

No offer to assist, but she did say she must have been at lunch, not sure why that mattered. After that, she disappeared. We came back to the desk 3 times to get help, no one. I did see her hanging out with a designer and other team member, I'm glad the designer received assistance. I will not be back. I will not recommend to anyone. My assumption is they don't need the business. I can see how they have a good review from a designer as they were giving that individual quite a bit of attention. Had just the opposite experience at PDI, and I hadn't even called them. I only spend 16K on a bathtub there but I do plan on returning for the rest of our bathroom remodel. Victoria spend some time helping us and redeemed our afternoon in Nashville. Need help remodeling go to PDI and ask for Victoria.

She was so friendly and helpful. She found exactly what I was looking for and walked me through the process. The showroom is great!! This was my first trip to this company and I was immediately impressed with the layout, and variety of sinks, toilets, bathtubs - just everything you need to remodel a bathroom or kitchen. I'll definitely be back! Thanks also to the fabulous folks in the warehouse who waiting on me quickly and carried the sink to my car. Very polite. This could not have been a better experience!

What can I say about Southern Stone. First class all the way…read more After a dreadful experience with MC Gr&^%$te, Southern Stone not only bailed me out in the remodel of my kitchen, they did it with complete professionalism and frankly, the Quartz they installed looks much cleaner than the stone installed by that other company. In remodeling our kitchen, we had existing countertops to replace and we added a custom island being built separately. After dealing with the headache of the other countertop company (you can see my review of MC Gr&^%$te) who installed, botched, then reinstalled countertops, thus pushing all other sub-contractors work out nearly 3 weeks, in a pinch I contacted Southern Stone to bid on the remaining island countertop. Amanda walked me through the options for the quartz and was able to secure a measuring within 48 hrs. They showed up on a busy Friday afternoon at the company building the island to professionally measure. It was great! Laser measurements, asked the right questions and guess what...when they came to install...it fit like a glove over a very expensive custom island. The install team was great, they worked with me to get the stone in just the right place and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves so I didn't have to crawl under sinks with a shop vac to suck up particles left behind. AND...they did all of this in one week! These folks are great to work with, easy to communicate with, cover all the details and have awesome quartz and probably awesome granite as well! I highly recommend them if you're looking to upgrade your countertops, flooring, walls. Wish I'd have shopped them initially in my search for kitchen countertops. Would have saved me time and headaches.
