I went in last minute for an alteration, and walked out with more then I came in with. I was so thankful for their understanding of the time crunch I was in and how they handled all my questions. After seeing an initial mock-up, I emailed Adam to restate the specifications and even met him in person to finalize fabric and sizes. Unfortunately, the final shirts were still printed with the incorrect design. Management claimed that my payment constituted approval of the faulty mock-up, despite my repeated communications to correct it. We even offered to pay 50% of the original cost for a reorder to reach a compromise, but no agreement could be made and the shirts were returned. I will not be engaging this business again."
