Got no response for 2 days (BTW--had to pay the entire charge when reservation was done, over $225). Called again today and got the owner; he told me I was "small potatoes compared to what I'm dealing with". Said he had cancelled the reservation and would refund my money. I asked for an email confirmation this and he said he would not send one. That if the money wasn't back on my card I would need to check with my bank and not to call him about it. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN!!
