If u have emergency this is place to go! I just moved to…read morekitchener few months ago and havnt got a new dentist yet.. when out of no where I got this unbearable pain in my back tooth that radiated threw out the whole right side of my mouth! Was almost going to pass out it was so bad! My dentist was 45 min away and at 630 on a Monday prob closed if not booked solid Googled dentist this was first one closest to where I was at the time. I went in and they were booked solid waitingriom full of ppl but they took me in instantly (after signed few papers cuz I was new patient , no one worth getting sued so don't blame thrm) They were sooo friendly! I ended up needing a route canal. Instead of reschedule me to come back weeks later they started the treatment instantly So that I atleast wouldn't have pain until they could get me in to finish. And even that was only a 3. Day wait. I called in the next day to book a filling just to see if they really got me in cuz they cared or if they just had free space and to get s filling was almost 2 month wait for any spot!! (I really like my dentist but if they were that caring I was going to switch) and I'm definitely switching!! So they really got me in cuz they cared. Also place smelled incredibly clean not like cleaning product/ chemical clean... just like clean clean!! So fresh! And to top it off the receptionist was such a sweetheart!! I felt like she gave a crap!!! When I went in there was 2 working one had really dark hair the other had lighter hair not blond but just not as dark as the other. And it was the light coloured hair lady that I'm talking about.., but sure her name. But she made me feel like she legit cared!! After all said and done she even put note on my fine with my Benifit total so when it was getting close to that snout she could give me heads up. I'm sure she doesn't care what they charge me or who pays it.. but she sure acted like she did!! Also I've never written a comment on any place like this but this time I had to... this was worse pain ever felt!! And they instantly took care of me! If I had deal with that pain even full day I would of killed my self no joke was that bad!!!

The team at the desk greeted me with enthusiasm and clearly explained what to expect. Both my dental hygienist(Laurie) and the dentist(Dr. Hussein) introduced themselves to me prior to beginning to work on my teeth, ensuring that I felt like a person more than just a patient or a bunch of teeth. Laurie was very careful and gentle in her work and checked in regularly to ensure that I was comfortable. She walked me through every step of the process, and was more than happy to answer any questions as they came up. Dr. Hussein was warm and welcoming thoughtout the entire interaction. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very detailed in his responses and explanation of what he was checking for. The facility itself was nicely decorated, well lit and very clean. The space felt very comfortable, yet professional. I am not someone who usually struggles with anxiety going to the dentist, but it was clear that this facility had measure in place in the event that someone was not comfortable. Even knowing that the team was ready to support individuals who weren't comfortable at the dentist added to my experience. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting Trillium Dental Center if you're in the market for a new dentist.

Nurse Keri, who has worked there for 15 years, is incredible. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, professional, or more thorough nurse. I was so anxious before my surgery, but her calm and friendly attitude made me feel at ease. She really has that "motherly touch". She explained every step in detail and I didn't feel any discomfort. Nurse Keri also worked with me in 2007 when I had another procedure done at age 14. My family and I were pleased with my experience then, the same way I am today. She is incredible and so lovely. The administrative staff is also friendly, organized and efficient. For anyone considering jaw/oral surgery, go see Dr. Sheikh. Wilk and Wilk orthodontics works with many surgeons in different cities and they will give you the option to select who you would like to see. Choose Sheikh at Coronation and you will not be disappointed. I put this orthodontic treatment and surgery off for almost 10 years because I was so afraid, but I know I am making the right decision with him as my surgeon. He is honest, professional and has a great sense of humor. He will take care of you and do what's best for you. He will avoid anything unnecessary when working with your orthodontist to determine your treatment plan because he is very pragmatic and experienced. You will leave that initial consultation trusting him. I know in my gut and intuition that I made the right choice. Choose Dr. Sheikh. Looking forward to updating this review after my next surgery.
