I guess our job was just too small and they truly were not interested. I find it hard to believe a tree company is so busy that they can't even call back after a month. The team did a great job with their amazing spider lift to go up at least 60' to clear a large limb from one of our trees. Definitely a scary job, but they were up to the task. You would never know they were even in our yard with the marvelous clean-up they did of the leaves and miscellaneous branches that fell along with the tree limb.
