They did not clean basic things like the shift gear, still lots of crumbs, etc. the seats were not wiped down, and they did not put things back. Paid a fraction of the price for a decent outer wash. $12 at shell hands free car wash would not get you nearly as clean as what $12 can get you here. The extra scrub down before entering the car wash is the game changer! I had a bunch of bugs splattered across the entire front of my car and I don't think they would've came off if it weren't for the pre-scrub. I tipped the two gentlemen who did the pre-scrub. This is a simple exterior wash. I would suggest bringing a towel or microfiber cloth to wipe down your car afterward because your car goes through the big vacuum at the end pretty quickly.

"Taking care" being somewhat of a figure-of-speech when one sees the side mirrors still full of sudsy foam, and the windshield as wet as a new chirpy nestling in spring. I wouldn't say it's a total waste of money, but it was not worth the $10 considering you had to rely on freeway speed driving to dry off your car (good job, I-80!).

Wash took 30 from me and the rinse sprayer wasn't working, had to go pay another 7 dollars just to rince the soap off my car, decided to use cash to get the towel and glass cleaner so bought $5 in tokens and ALL 3 vending machines were out of all products, so decided to use the tokens to vacuum, even tho I didnt need it vacuumed but I knew id never be going back there and didnt want to get stuck with the tokens, so I paid $4 to vacuum and the vacuum had ZERO suction!! This place used to be very well maintained. There was always a nice guy there to help people out but it didnt look like anyone had been there in days!!
