Like all Chinese buffets you will find what you like. Good sushi, food is always warm. I'll stop here every time when I'm south Naples . read more

This place is okay, nothing especial really. The food was decent for a buffet. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Crab legs are available on the weekends only. Be prepared to wait online for crab legs to come out of the kitchen!!! If you have more than four people in front of you, you will end up waiting for another tray of crab legs to come out because people just pile them on their plates. The wait will take another 15 to 20 minutes. For the amount of money customers are paying for this buffet on weekends, this shouldn't be the case. Customers shouldn't have to wait for food to come out of the kitchen period. read more

Food is old, you can smell it as soon as you walk in and the taste is horrible. $20 per person for mediocre food and a dirty dining experience. Not worth it. Go somewhere else!! read more

Literally only come here for the crab legs and the soft serve icecream. WHICH they do not offer anymore....

havent been here in a while.... fresh made sushi was ok... fresh grill station... 5 and half double(the half was the cookie/fruit/dessert one) sided buffet stations..plenty of choices... if you cant find something to eat....well thats your problem... go for lunch it cheaper... and crab legs are only on friday.. read more

The only thing this place had going for them was the ayce snow crab legs. They took them off the buffet with no notice and we drove down from Fort Myers for them. The restaurant could care less that we wasted the gas. They just shook their heads and walked on acting like they don't know the language. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. read more

They ask me how much tips I gonna give them.i will never be here again. I am about to give them 20% tips but they come out teach me how to tips like 12%,15%,18 . I say I will tips cash . Waitress asked me : how much ? Is it polite? I did tips them 20% but be honest . We will never back here again. Bye grand buffet. read more

If I could give a no star I would. This place used to be decent but has completely gone down hill. The only thing up are the prices! My father, boyfriend, younger sister, and I went here and it was disgusting. The food was cold and hard to eat! I only ate a few bites, the sushi was unbelievably horrible along with the pitiful sour tasting crab rangoon. When we got the bill I almost exploded. $72 not including a tip! We saw the price before getting our food it was $11.50 per person. We still ended up paying $50 for less than edible food. I will NEVER return to this place. If your looking for a good buffet that's worth the price check out Blue Fish on Airport Pulling Rd. Excellent sushi and nice dining atmosphere, nothing like the dump we ate at it. read more

Our waitress yelled at my parents for not leaving a tip (and I had left a big one for both of us on my check). They yelled it across the restaurant and made a huge scene. This is after not refilling our drinks a single time so they're lucky they got anything from me. Never again will we go back because of how rude the waitress was to my parents after not doing her job. read more

Great food and lots of options. Also, great staff. The host, Diana, and our server, Olga, made it a great experience!

Me and my family have been here previously on our trips to the Naples area. The food is always good. Definitely go to build your own hibachi station. It has lots of fresh meat and vegetable options. Also, the dinner includes a lot of additional items, including snow crab legs. Save room for the dessert. My favorite is the soft serve chocolate ice cream. read more

After reading all the bad reviews my family and I decided to chance it and try the buffet anyway. The service was as good as any other buffet we've ever been to. The food was delicious! I tried a few shrimp, yuck! But who really goes to a oriental buffet for seafood in fl? Not our family! We would go back! read more

This was a really good buffet. Clean, friendly. Huge selection. Food was fresh and delicious. And the price wasn't bad either. Been here twice now, haven't been disappointed. read more

Default Chinese all you can eat buffet. If you're starving, after a full day on the water and want to stuff your face, where else would you go, but a Chinese buffet. This specific buffet is very large and has a lot of seating. The waitresses are really nice and always filling our water and picking up our plates, right when we finish. They have a large array of different foods from Louisiana crawfish to the typical sweet and sour chicken. They have a sushi station, hot foods, make your own stir-fry station and a lot of "fresh" seafood options. Pretty average. Nothing out of this world, but still pretty good. The one downside is that the ice-cream machine was broken. Let's face it, buffet desserts are gross and their unlimited ice-cream is their only saving grace. That was a really big letdown. So for that 2 stars. read more

There is this one lady that's always telling you don't forget my tip. How much you give me for tip. The rest of the waitress are wonderful. But for some reason the food is always cold when I go. I went last night and it was horrible. Know I remember why I stop going 7 years ago. Especially at lunch time. I feel like they save the food from a day before and just heat it up. Never again going back. I tried again after 7 years and nope still the same. read more

Super variety. Super friendly staff. Entered at 3:30 pm on a Thursday for lunch. $8.99. Food was still hot. Free hot tea.

Great food very cheap! If you want to eat fresh just go in by the hibachi and they will make fresh and all you can for only $15 per person are you kidding me!!!! He will make u food as much as you can eat! read more

Worse Chinese buffet I have ever experienced! We arrived at 840pm and were informed that it closed at 930pm which was fine. What they never told us that they stopped cooking food at 8pm so all the food on the buffet was cold and was not replenished. They had also started cleaning so there was kitchen staff mopping the floors with really strong bleach all round the buffet tables. Floors were swimming and there was no wet floor signs. We told the manager we were not happy and after pretending she wasn't the manager and that she couldn't understand us she took $9 off the $29 bill - total joke! Cold bleach tainted lack of choice food! read more

Typical chinese buffet fare. Not 5 star, but if your hungry, it's not bad either. The steamed clams and mussels were very tender. The typical chinese dishes were also good. Sushi was ok but not imaginative. Worst were the fried calamari rings. You may be asking yourself, would i go back? Yes, if your hungry. read more

best buffet in town its not a vegas style buffet but they have great selection of sushi, fruit and meets than again its a buffet if you are looking for fancy service and food go elsewhere read more

I've loved this place since I was really little and will continue to go here! I like the food and of course I like the buffet style. The only issues are the pricing and, in all honestly, the quality of the food sometimes. The meat occasionally isn't always the best. It's like it's not as fresh as it could be. But hey, overall it's good which is why I'm not giving it 3 stars. read more

DO NOT GO HERE ITS SO BAD when i went to the bathroom i saw human poop i was horrifed and when i got my food I SCREAMED i saw A roach im my food Please FDA review the place read more

Are used to really like the grand buffet. I was happy to see that there is one in South Naples. So I went there with my mom and I ran into the worst, most disgusting and counter in any restaurant ever. It was a young man at the reception desk, not only unfriendly really horrible and incredibly rude. In fact it was so bad, made us turn around and leave the restaurant hungry and put empty stomach. Do not go there. read more

After reading the negative reviews, with reluctance, four of us went there for dinner tonite (Sat) and had a great dinner. Besides the usual Chinese there was a large variety of sea food and some "American items". All were at the proper temperature, tasty and quickly refilled. Service was fine for a buffet. The restaurant we were at was very busy with people awaiting tables. To be frank what we found was the exact opposite of the complainers. My only negative is that the weekend price is because of the sea food and no provision is made for people who only want non seafood read more

Ate her this past summer and it was great. Went back tonight and was so disappointed. The food was cold and didn't taste good at all. The sushi was very "fishy" as was the shrimp from the bar. Our waitress was attentive & friendly. Actually left there (after paying $54 for 4 people) to eat elsewhere. Gave our waitress a good tip because she was deserving. Didn't complain because maybe it was an off night but nonetheless won't be returning. China Wok in North a Naples NEVER disappoints. Not a buffet but healthy portions. read more

I eat here many times for lunch. Its just your average Chinese buffet. The atmosphere here isn't special. I got to admit. The buffet is pretty big. The whole restaurant it self is big. Food there is 3/5. The muscles there are good. Not amazing but good. My favorite thing to get there is fryed shrimp. They look like chicken nuggets . There amazing. The food ain't bad here. But when you come in at like 12:30 for lunch the place is packed with family's and annoying kids. When its packed like that the service isn't to great. I always have to ask the nearest staff for a refill. read more

The place is very large and has a lot of seating. The waitress we had was great; we were charged for the lunch price even though it was after 4 pm so it was a great price. The selection of fruit and desert was large and tasted good. There was a huge selection of other foods ranging from Chinese dishes to sushi to American food. The only issue was that the food was cold. If the food had been hot, this would be much better. Also, stay away from the sea food as my friend experienced a very upset stomach after eating it. read more

Great Chinese food. Large selections to choose from. They have many lines of food with sushi and Mongolian also.

Not a good experience. If you like seafood you may find it ok. We came in looking for Chinese food and the quality was really poor. Egg rolls chewy and greasy. Boneless ribs filled with fat. Chicken with broccoli was average. Fried dumplings were horrible. Guy refilled the buffet right from giant cans of fruit poured on top of the old stuff. Two dinner buffets and two sodas came to $37.00. We gave the waitress $40 and she walked away, never to return. We waited awhile and then got up to walk away. Guess they tip themselves. Oh well lesson learned. read more

Just got back, was pleasantly surprised. Friends had told us to pass on it. We went around 6pm and food was fresh and lots of selection. I will defiantly be back. read more

Place has lots of options and food choices. Food was overall adequate. Definitely bring an appetite!

Good food and an affordable price. You can get coupons for their restaurant at http://www.naplesrestaurantspecials.com/restaurant/naples-grand-buffet read more

We ordered beef chow mein and fried rice. Any Chinese restaurant should be able to make these two dishes perfectly. They are not difficult and pretty much standard fare. About the best I can say is that it was almost OK. Not good and not terrible but also not worth eating. We will not try them again. There are way too many good restaurants in Naples to go back here again! read more

food were cold and old. maybe they just put it in the fridge at night and reheat the next day. table's dirty and bad service.
