And the food... Simply one of the best, if not the best, hot and sour soup. All of the food is delicious. The meats have clearly gone through a velveting step to make them tender and supple: be it the Mongolian Beef or the Broccoli Chicken. The green beans have snap, not wilted and mushy. Spicy fare is subtle, not over the top, all offerings full of flavor and filling. The old joke does not apply here - you will not be hungry again in an hour. After eating here, I experienced severe food poisoning symptoms, including diarrhea and extreme fatigue, and I lost an entire day being sick.
