Upon arrival, I was greeted and found my way to the well organized section for printers. With few employees available, it took some time to find someone who could help me narrow down my selection. The staff member was helpful and supportive of my decision as I hemmed and hawed toward one particular model. I also noticed some staff being patient and supporting some customers who really needed help that perhaps some other stores or staff may not have been so helpful to. Checkout was easy peasy and I was on my way. I'd recommend this location to others if you've encountered poor service from others.

Got mildly scammed by the manager here. Not a huge loss, but I don't think I'd come back here,…read moreeither. When I brought a printer, the manager insisted that I would need to buy toner to be able to use the printer at all, but the printer, a laser printer, comes with a 700 page toner cartridge, which is enough for years of printing at the rate I print, so I wasted $70 on a toner cartridge I don't need. I guess that was a good move on the manager's part since I wasn't likely to produce a lot of regular business for the store. I wonder if that was a deliberate calculation on his part or if he scams everybody? On the positive side, the employees here are pretty active about asking if you need help, etc., which is an improvement over most Staples stores.

I made it very clear that I wasn't interested, even told him multiple times that I was just there to pick up one thing, and the sales associate continued to ask me questions, persuade me with offers, and follow me as I began my shopping. I know its not his fault, its his job and perhaps he makes commissions on sales, but it was extremely irritating and made me just want to leave the store immediately.
