The Graston therapy itself was definitely intense--there were moments I was making some pretty funny pain faces! But BossB was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything throughout the session, so I knew I was in good hands. The real test came the next day during my 44.48-mile ride. I immediately noticed that my pedal strokes felt smoother and more fluid. The patellar pain I usually experience when putting down torque on climbs was noticeably gone during that ride. Even better, my hips, knees, calves, and all the way down to my ankles felt looser and more mobile. I finished the ride feeling a level of relief I honestly wasn't expecting. This is simply my personal experience, but for me, the difference was significant. If you're an athlete, cyclist, runner, or anyone dealing with tight muscles and limited mobility, I highly recommend giving BossB and Graston therapy a try.
