I was so completely surprised and impressed by the extra time and concern they took when there were issues in my apartment with the cat scratching a new rug while I was away for about a month - they suggested solutions, unpacked new scratching pads and used deterrent spray and kept me updated every day with photos and messages. They also vacuum often, water my house plant and plant seeds to grow new kitty grass every week or so when the previous batch got old and eaten. I often travel to the other side of the world so my time away is more than just a few days, knowing my cat and apartment are being taken care of is a huge weight off my mind. Despite the "no-cat" visits, and occasional photo of a ginger ball of fear under the couch this wonderful couple take their job caring for her very seriously and are very respectful to keep their distance.

During the initial consultation, Wendy did a very thorough job taking notes on any conditions or concerns regarding my dog along with emergency contacts/vet info/dietary restrictions/etc. It's evident that her number one priority is the safety and well being of every dog she looks after. I found Katie's on Instagram a couple of years back and have had the best experience. The administrators are very responsive and friendly. They found me a sitter near my apartment and I love that he was in the neighborhood. Once done with water, feedings, and litter box duties he spent plenty of time just loving on them and playing with them. Larry, my sitter up to now, brought them treats and toys out of his own pocket, sent me updates and photos/videos with every evening visit, and always kept me apprised of how they were doing.
