If my sister didn't post on Facebook our predicament we would be waiting a day or two for someone else to cut the tree down because it was weighing down on the house corner that could cause a collapse and more rain coming we were worried. A friend told us about this company on Facebook and when my brother in law called them, they immediately said we'll be there in two hours. They arrived and not even two hours they were done. Massive work in humid and heat. Tarp on top secured and great cleanup. I can't recommend them enough. Insurance is taking care of cost so I'm not in the loop since it's my family's house. These guys are amazing and I strongly recommend them. The speedy service was a God send and may not be typical since so many trees were down in area but once at location they are fast and efficient. We have them on file now for future service.

I did some research online and came across Get'r Done Tree Service. I'd seen their trucks around town, and was impressed with their high rating from customers. I called them that evening (again, on a Sunday), intending to leave voicemail. Steve, the owner called me right back, and agreed to stop my the next morning for an estimate (which he did). Steve was personable, knowledgable, and the estimate was fair. I had expected to be told about at least a day lead time before they could get started. But he was able to work us in later that day, band by mid afternoon, the tree was cut up, and removed, as well as the brush. The area was cleaned up very nicely. The crew was friendly and worked very fast. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Get'r Done Tree Service.

They also repaired our gravel driveway by smoothing it out and applying new limestone. They did a final grade, applied topsoil, grass seed and straw to finish off this large project. He did not adhere to the contract he wrote and signed, nor the statements he sent me in emails, in his words, "We put are pride and soul in our work and guarantee our work. If you have any issues after you can always call me and I will come fix it". -He was hours late almost every time he came over to work -He had people helping him the day of pour that he claimed to not know, and it was obvious this was their first time ever doing work like this (the guy pouring the concrete had to get out of his truck and help them with the patio because it was clear they didn't know what they were doing, they were having so many issues, and it was so chaotic) -He ruined our grass with equipment and wood -There is zero attention to details and his workmanship is beyond sloppy (lines aren't straight, the border only goes ¾ of the way around the perimeter, the stamps are uneven and overlap each other, there are holes in the surface, none of the sides of the patio are straight, and the photos of the steps speak for themselves) -He left our yard completely trashed with concrete, rocks, and metal -He wrecked the side of our house, getting concrete and color powder all over our siding and door, he knocked our light crooked, and he left us with some of the siding ripped off -He left piles on concrete, gravel, and trash (with a beer can in his trash pile) on the property next to ours -How he left our patio is not useable, our steps are crumbling, uneven, and not safe, and there are huge dips where water puddles He came back the next day and agreed it was awful and said he'd be back the next day to rip it up and re-do it. We haven't heard from him since. Won't return a call or text. He took over $9k from us and left us with an unusable patio, a huge mess to clean up, and another huge expense of figuring out how to rip it up and get it re-done. After some research I've found out he is working under multiple names, with multiple phone numbers and addresses associated to him, so be careful. Most likely because he's running from bad reviews and money he owes other people. This man clearly has no idea what he's doing and is a fraud.

Dan Iden quoted us $2,250 to remove one tree ($750) and to trim four other trees ($250, $300, $500 & $600 given their sizes) to do all the work and clean-up. This was a two day job. Thursday he came to our home and trimmed the small $250 tree and removed the dying tree in our front yard, he did an excellent job. On Friday he was at our house for five hours max and "trimmed" the back trees. From the pictures you can see the mound of mulch in our front yard that he left from trimming our trees (note the lawn bags in the background are filled with mulch we already dug up from the pile). We called Dan and he said that was an extra charge! He didn't offer to come clean up or even tell us how much nor tell us that when he originally bid the job. We also called him because some branches are still hanging over our home and several large branches are hanging over our fence into our neighbors yard. He told us that the branches hanging in our neighbors yard "was their problem" and if we wanted our trees cut back more that it was an additional charge and that he didn't bid our job that way. We paid $600 & $500 for our large trees in the back to be trimmed, how much more should we pay? We took plenty of pictures where you can see there are still limbs hanging over our roof and our fence. Dan offered to come back and trimmed the one large branch hanging over the fence after multiple dissatisfied calls. We are still dealing with the pile of mulch that killed part of our front yard. Will never use this service again!
