I was actually escorted to the section I needed. And some different options were explained. I needed some silver polish. To my surprise they had a plethora of options in a variety of forms and brands. After looking them over, I chose the one closest to what I was replacing. Check out was a delight, as well. Easy, fast and friendly. I'd definitely come back here if I needed anything in this category. You can't miss the store on the east side of US 1 as it's got a big hammer out front!

I drove there, walked in, and politely asked if I can get some keys cut. Was told in no uncertain terms by the attendant they can't do it. Blink. Blink. He stared at me but offered no other response, no smile, no apology. Just a lot of poor attitude. I asked why they cannot get the key and was told they don't have the blanks In simple terms, if you can't offer service then don't advertise that you offer service. If you run out of stock, say so and graciously apologize. I understand that it happens. But an offer of snarly attitude is unacceptable. Needless to say, a lousy retail experience. I would never go there again.

With that in mind, I consider my standards are high and I gave 5 stars for the above and beyond interaction I had with Ingrid @ MH. She was so pleasant, responsive and helpful. I am happy with the products I purchased thus far. Communication with Cheryl was good. If MH asked what could have improved my experience, I would have appreciated updates on my order since it had taken quite a bit of time to arrive (on manufacturer's end not MH) tho Cheryl was responsive when needed. Also, important to note, their product/shipping combined price was better than I could find elsewhere online. Always important to do your research;)

Before I went to Miller's, I stopped on another merchant and I really like a handle that was a top of the line custom made piece, the price was $112, I decided to ask to see if I got the same or better deal. Well, the same pull at Miller's was $325, I couldn't believe when she told me the price. The architecture and design of the store are stunning, leading up to a beautifully adorned, ornate rooftop dining space that sets a premium atmosphere. The culinary execution and service matched the environment perfectly. Our server was highly attentive, pacing the meal flawlessly. The Food & Wine Pairing: The Main: Ordered the warm, buttered lobster roll and added the optional 15 grams of Kaluga caviar. The execution was superb; the lobster was sweet and perfectly cooked. The briny brightness of the caviar provided a precise counterpoint to the rich, warm butter. The Sides: Served with excellent, well-salted french fries accompanied by ketchup and a high-quality aioli. The Wine: Paired the dish with a Grüner Veltliner, which had the exact acidity needed to cut through the richness of the butter and complement the seafood. The Dessert: Finished with the strawberries and chantilly cream. The inclusion of fresh vanilla bean flecks in the cream elevated a simple classic, making it a light, refreshing palate cleanser to end the meal. An exquisite experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for both the atmosphere and the precise execution of the menu. The value is definitely there. I will absolutely return the next time I am in the area.
