I went in on Saturday 28th April 2012 and the first thing I noticed was the unfriendly welcome, I think I was disturbing the owners watching of football focus in the back of the shop. After bringing my bike into the shop and explaining the repair was done here however the chain kept falling off he was completely rude and claimed that they wouldn't have sent it out like this. I persisted to explain that they had sent it out like that and I wanted it fixing, the owner didn't even look at the bike only a glance from a distance whilst I explained the problem to him. Amazingly he had diagnosed the problem and it was going to be an additional £25 but hadn't got the part in stock. I then had to ask when the part would be in stock and also had to ask should I leave the bike with him or come back when the part was in, I got a silent response to this.
Overall customer service treatment was less that 0%, just an absolute disgraceful visit! Unsurprisingly I was the only one in the store and I suspect the reason is other people have experienced the same tragic customer services I did. read more
