We were very happy with the Sunday brunch buffet at Grafton Tavern. We were seated right away, which was refreshing. The space is enough large for parties or cozy for two. Our server was attentive & kept our drinks filled to the brim. I loved the options on the buffet! The French toast bake was amazing, as well as the cheesy potatoes! We were invited back by Shelley to give them another chance and they would have a gift card available to me. So we went last night for dinner. Hubby got the mushroom Swiss burger, I got the fish with tator tots and mac n cheese. We shared an order on Brussel Sprouts. Such a much better dining experience than before. The Brussels were very good, could have used a little more of the sauce, but hot, crispy and delicious. Husband really liked his burger and said it was cooked a perfect medium, hot and the burger meat itself tasted like high quality burger. My fish was good, I wish the outside were as crispy as it looked like it would be, but the flavor of fish was good, I loved hot how and crispy the tator tots were and loved there were an option. This Mac n cheese, even though as a side was much better than our first experience. A definite 180 on quality, and service. We had a different server to night who was much more attentive and took care of any of our needs. I didn't tell them prior to getting food that I had a gift card at the bar for a previous bad experience because I wanted to be any other customer and see how the food came out of the kitchen. They have done a great job with what we had and I will try them again. read more

The meats served since they re opened is horrible. Sunday i ordered a classic hamburger and received a salt hamburger. A bite was salted heavy, dry, low quality burger. The week before I ordered the expensive salmon dinner, my favorite. I received a low quality meat that was so smelly of old fish that was not salmon. Really hard to get excited a day off from cooking. I prefer to not go . On Sunday the music at 12ish was so loud for the staff not like previously. The new waitress was loud. The server we had was super condescending. My boyfriend was trying to think of a drink name and instead of offering help she would go to the bar and talk about us and then people working (including the manager) would all turn and look. Food was decent and edible. An age old problem we faced was that our server was not writing down our orders. When this occurs 99 percent of the time there is something wrong with the order. This goes back to Roman times. This case was no exception. Owner take note, your servers do not have better memories than the average human. Have them all get their pens and note pads out and make it mandatory. It was not a deal breaker yet. We will give it another try soon. read more

I really enjoyed my time down river and 32 Taps was a perfect spot to catch up with some friends. I attended a cornhole tournament hosted by 32 Taps. It was such an awesome event! We did spend some time at the bar and enjoyed some delicious food. They had a nice selection of beers on tap and wide range of food items on the menu. I ordered a chef salad, which was HUGE!!!! The salad was delicious and the ranch, YUMMY!!! It was one of the largest salads topped with bacon, egg, cheese, ham, and turkey. Honestly, one of the best salads I've ever eaten. Salads sometimes can be over priced, in my opinion, but this salad was worth every penny! My friend enjoyed her Nachos and I heard the Parmesan Fries were great. We enjoyed hanging out and being able to catch up over a few brews. We did some people watching, but unfortunately we were not the cornhole champions! lol....maybe next year! If you happen to be in the area, this is a great spot. There are not a lot of breweries in the area, so this is a great find with so many beers on tap. read more

I'm sorry- call me a jerk but u should go to this place only if you like modern crap country music. Thats it. Thats it. Country music. You can't even pay the jukebox to get rid of the shit temporarily while you eat an ok burger because if you do, im pretty sure there's an algorithm that sees when people want real music and it gets cancelled out. Thought I'd try a new place.. had to seat myself which led to a 13 minute wait to be greeted. Dirty tables... all of them had a thick coat of dirt on them. Took another 10 minutes just to get a menu. Another 10 plus minutes before she came back to take my order. Table was still dirty after all this time. Finally delivered the food, no napkins, no silverware, no condiments. Asked for them and after 5 minutes of waiting had to go get them myself. The waitress never came back once to ask about refills on drinks. I will not be going back to visit this establishment unless it's the last restaurant in existance. read more

Made my first trip to 32 Taps recently. I found everything to be OK, but not great. Our waitress was nice, polite and competent, which is always a plus these days. However, it took an incredibly long time to get our food. There was some sort of event going on, so that certainly didn't help, but I felt it was still a longer time from order to serving than it should have been. I had the Smoke House Burger. I asked for it medium well, but I think it came out more well done. I'm not a fan of pink so that's not necessarily a deal-breaker for me, but I thought it was a bit dry. It had a good flavor, but it wasn't juicy. However, they also didn't overdo it on the BBQ sauce so that was great. I like it when there's some sauce on there without it dripping off the sides and making a mess everywhere. Their house-made chips were not very good, so next time out there I'd likely upgrade to fries, although $2.50 for fries seems a bit steep. Their beer selection is good. I had what I would consider a better-than-average but not premium beer and it was $7.50. It's really more like a $6 or $6.50 beer. They post their draft list on Untappd, which is always great. read more

Disappointed We ordered for pick up and the Reuben sandwich doesn't come with thousand island. The person on the phone didn't say anything. It was not good, so I threw it away. This was our first time ordering from this place. Update 6/4/21 Same issue. Lady said thousand island was on the side. Nope. Also the Parmesan fries were gross with a sweet sauce on it. I hate leaving 4 start reviews. Being a business owner myself I have a very hard time leaving anything less than perfect. A coworker and myself wanted to order lunch and could not find a menu anywhere. Once we found the page, the link was broken. (I did inform them when I picked up my food) also I am attaching pictures of the specials, lunch and dinner menus! We called to ask about the menu and place an order and nobody answered the phone. So I drove to the restaurant and placed our order in person. The service was fast and the bartender was friendly. We ordered poutine and it was ridiculously delicious! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to my customers and anyone that I know. I just hope they fix the menu and phone issues so more people can enjoy their food as well! read more

First time here. Hear from a local that it was great food! I arrived and was greeted right away. Was asked where I preferred to sit and seated quickly. The table was soaking wet and they did not attempt to dry it so I took some extra napkins to dry the table.. no biggie. The waitress Carlie came to the table quickly as well and took my drink order. Came back with my drink in a timely fashion. I ordered the chicken breast dinner and added mushrooms to it. My food came pretty fast and she asked if I wanted another drink and quickly brought it to me. The salad could use some work. Carrots seemed dry and some of the leaves were not looking so good. The homemade ranch was delicious!! The chicken was juicy and seasoned well. The onion rings were good onion rings. Crunchy and delicious. I must say this was a pretty good visit and I will come again. BTW The outside of the place is very deceiving to what's inside. read more

This is our 2nd time here. First time we sat in the bar area, today we sat in the "back"--don't do it--wait for a seat in the bar area. We seemed to get forgotten back there. Our food took forever, which would've been ok if it came out hot, but it was cold. Broccoli wasn't even cooked had to send it back. This was only our second visit to this establishment. Beware of a waitress named Madison. She is not very attentive and makes mistakes with what you order. For a large party we were only given one menu for the beers served there and she seemed annoyed that everyone wasn't ready when she came back to take our orders. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak with their house made chips, not much cheese on it so it wasn't as cheesy as I'm used to. House made chips turned out to be french fries - nice little up charge to that - thanks! (yes, she was told) The fries were barely body heat warm and the sandwich was less than the hot, steak and cheesy goodness that I was expecting. Another person at our table ordered loaded tater tots - she brought out plain ones and spent a ridiculous amount of time convincing him that getting loaded ones was no trouble. (Just go order the correct ones and be done with it!!) We were paying for ourselves and 2 other people, something we established with her prior to anyone ordering - we ended up paying for 5! When we asked her about it, she said that she thought we were also paying for that fifth person. My husband was gracious and just paid the bill as throughout our whole visit her service was slow and she wasn't very attentive to our table - really didn't want to see how long it would take her to fix the bill. Overall this establishment is higher priced than other places in the surrounding area and we've had poor service twice, which makes it really low on my list of bars I like to go to. read more

Hubby and I just held our 20 year anniversary here in their private "gathering room." We had 30 guests and ordered off-menu. Everything was amazing for a really good price. Our server Regan was great and did a good job keeping up with the room full of people. I had multiple contacts with both managers and everything was done perfectly. All our guests raved about how good the food was, and I loved the BBQ I had (and the amazing choices on the BBQ sauce they offer is mind-blowing). We couldn't have had a better anniversary party and want to thank the staff for a great job and making our day special! read more

Everything we ordered came out cold... 2 appetizers and 4 adults meals... all cold. My Ruben was very skimpy, soggy and came with freezer burnt fries, Queso dip was room temp, chips were old and stale. Over cooked, no flavor cheeseburger. Very disappointed ! read more

Food was pretty good, had pretzel bites and pulled pork quesadilla appetizers, both very good. We also had the pulled pork Mac and cheese and the BBQ platter. The smoked pulled chicken and pork were excellent, but the brisket on the platter was dry. The side of Mac and cheese was excellent, but the French onion soup was just beef broth with onions in it, no croutons or melted cheese on it , not what we expected. Nice selection of beers on tap, place is poorly staffed, crowded but only 2 wait staff, there was no way they could keep up with the crowd. Server was friendly but only saw her once after food came to ask for the bill. Place is nicely decorated and plenty of large TVs, they have lots of potential to be a great restaurant but need to get some experienced help. Hope they can get things in order and be able to stay open, we need a great restaurant in the area . read more
