We brought the car because we thought we needed a full break service but they inspected everything and the fix was much simpler. Overall, would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car mechanic!

Fast forward a 3k miles in one year and the transmission failed again for which they had it another month to "completely" go through it again. They did the service items I indicated based on my records of what had been done to my Audi TT over the past 9 years I've owned it. They also recommended two other items to potentially do once they got the car back in the shop -- one was a drive belt which I had not noticed as a service item to get done. Mine was starting to wear thin on a side (they showed me the actual belt when checking out). Wheh! Thanks for that catch. And another was rotating tires which does make sense to do, and I appreciate them for pointing that out. They were very nice and got those items done while I was waiting (as my Wisconsin location is not that close to their shop so I was a "waiter.") A big thanks for the great job they did. I will be back most certainly.
