My ring was ordered online and delivery took significantly longer than the timeframe stated in Graff's own terms and conditions. I received no order confirmation, order number, delivery confirmation, or invoice, and I had to intervene personally to resolve courier issues.
When the ring arrived, it was not wearable for me in practice and ultimately had to be returned. The return process itself was problematic, involving further delays and missed collection. While the purchase price has since been refunded, this came only after a protracted and frustrating process And took 5 working days plus a weekend.
What was most disappointing was not a single issue in isolation, but the cumulative experience and the tone of the subsequent correspondence, which felt cold and impersonal and did not acknowledge the inconvenience caused. For a luxury house of this standing, I expected far greater attention to detail, communication, and client care.
Regrettably, this experience has significantly undermined my confidence in purchasing from Graff again. read more
