We stopped in to browse. The staff was very friendly and the experience experience was seamless from start to finish. Right when we entered, we were paired with Emma, who helped us a look at a number of interesting pieces. I am a huge fan of Globe-Trotter luggage, and was stunned to see the beautiful collection on display. Emma was receptive, knew what was happening, and went out of her way to help us. She loved our story and helped us tell it to the world... While I browsed a beautiful collection of Globe-Trotter x Tiffany, my partner and Emma were able to secretly purchase and box one of the last 9" Vanity Cases from the collection. She went out of her way to organize a surprise revisit to the store so that my partner could surprise me. I was floored as Emma walked us into a room with champagne and the most MASSIVE Tiffany's box I've ever seen. The box barely fit in their largest bags, and we needed two! Emma helped us take photos to remember the occasion. As we walked around shopping on Bond St and Covent Garden, people took notice of the massive Tiffany Blue box. Many people stared with looks of shock on their face, and a couple of girls giggling nearby asked if we would tell them what's inside. It become of of my most memorable moments in London. Following a recent emotional train wreck in my life, I had the heart-breaking task of returning an item of jewellery to Tiffany and trying to get a refund. It was with a heavy heart and step that I returned to Tiffany's flagship store from where I had purchased the special item a few weeks earlier. I took the lift to customer services on the top floor and explained the circumstances to the lady at the counter. Without a blink, she said she would deal with it immediately and that it shouldn't be a problem. Her professionalism and no quibble approach made this most difficult of tasks a lot easier for me, especially in my fragile state. On returning the receipt to me, I think she could see and sense the empty pain in my eyes. She said to me,"I can tell that you loved this girl very much and that you tried your best to show her how much you loved her from the effort you put into your proposal. If this gesture didn't melt her heart, I don't think anything would have and she's obviously not the right girl for you. You're obviously a deeply caring person and one day, you will meet the girl who will deserve and appreciate you. When you do, come back and we'll help you show her how much she means to you." I have visited this branch many times and i have to say that I have never experienced a positive outcome. the most expensive items are on the ground floor and after waiting for some time (ignored and avoided) I was eventually approached by a member of staff who advised me to go upstairs as this was where all the higher priced items were. Charming.I of course walked out in disgust- since how could he know what was in my bank balance? The second visit was to purchase some corporate items for awards,once the assistant realised I was ordering many items the service improved considerably. Suffice to say unlike the other luxury brands on offer in bond Street Tiffany do judge by experience and only talk to you when they have a chance of a sale. the opposite is true of Burberry and Dolce&Gabbana where a welcome and less judgemental form of service is applied to all who enter their boutiques. On the plus side the items on offer are elegant and make wonderful gifts and are beautifully wrapped. read more

I am compelled to write to you following my recent experience in two of Tiffany's main UK stores, London Bond Street and London Sloane Street. Being in retail trade for over 20 years, rest assured I am very familiar with expected standards of customer service in the luxury sector and therefore have to comment when I am personally failed in that regard. This is why I have found my shopping experience in Tiffany's, reputedly the World's top listed luxury jewellery retailer, very surprising, to say the least. On Friday, 17.10.14, at approximately 18.00, I visited the Bond Street store and purchased  four items of diamond jewellery from the latest T collection, including a diamond ring and a bangle, as a present for a special occasion. Unfortunately, as often happens with rings, I made a mistake with the size.  Earlier this morning (Monday, 20.10.14) I exchanged the ring at the same store.  There was no matching bangle for the new ring available in store, so I was directed to travel to the Sloane Street store to exchange the bangle. At no point was I offered to have the bangle delivered to the Bond Street store, to save me the time and any further inconvenience. Having already spent over half an hour at the Bond Street Store, I have now spent further time travelling to another part of London, waiting for over an hour, while being asked very uncomfortable questions, I was told the bangle could not be exchanged, as the store was unable to locate the proof of purchase. Both the ring and the bangle were unused and in a perfect condition.  Payment was made by myself in the Bond Street store last Friday.  I am absolutely appalled by the Sales Team at Tiffany's Sloane Street, treating a customer as a liar and a thief.  I had to return to the office with no jewellery, having wasted over two hours of my valuable time.  I am sure you can appreciate the impact this has had on my day and the occasion the present was meant for.  To be clear, this situation could have been avoided had: 1. Bond Street offered to arrange for the bangle to be collected from Sloane Street 2. Failing that, Bond Street should have contacted Sloane Street to advise them of my imminent arrival to ensure a trouble free exchange. 3. Sloane Street checked with Bond Street Instead a client has been made to waste his time, be treated very badly and is still left without the items required. Shopping at Tiffany should be a pleasure, in this case it has been the opposite. My sadness and anger at this episode are equally strong, words cannot adequately convey those feelings. read more

Terrible Customer Service Now I love Tiffany's, have lots of their jewellery and on most occasions when I have visit a store been treated well. However been told whatever by a customer service agent I think is appalling. Their customer service team treat you as if you are an inconvenience and how dare you phone them to find out where your order is or when you will receive it. It's okay for them they already have your money so what's the problem with maybe waiting 2-3 weeks to get your gift. It seems once you have handed over your money that's when the service stops. I am a regular customer of Tiffany & Co but I will think again about ever purchasing another item wither for myself or as personal or corporate gifts. read more

In a charming building , set aside with recognisable flags on Old Bond st, the staff are helpful, attentive and there to cater to your every request. Set on several floors,the exsquiste products are displayed decoratively and make it easy to browse. Many an afternoon can be spent browsing the thousands of pounds worth of diamonds and watches. A good selection of gifts also avaliable here. A perfect birthday present stop. read more

Lovely jewellery and gifts to be had and with so many fakes around you only know your getting genuine tiffany if you visit one of the shops or their online site. I also got my wedding ring from here. Originally, I sent 3 pieces of jewellery for repair on the 10th of June at the Bond Street Store. However, all three were wrongly repaired. Bead bracelet with round tag Horse shoe necklace - 16inch Circle pendant - 18inch *Bead bracelet came back with a heart tag instead of round, horse shoe necklace was extended to 18inch and the circle pendant chain was shortened to 16inch. I spoke to a staff at Tiffany on the 15th August and she said she will issue me with a full refund, but did not confirm the refund method. I have written an email on the 16th to ask when and how will I get the refund and I chased again on the 18th. No response. I called on the 23rd, 25th twice in one day and again on the 29th. I have written several complaint letter to Tiffany's customer service email, but received no response. Finally, Richard from Old Bond St came back to me on the 30th August stating that the pre-paid package has already been sent out and I just need to put all the items in there. However, Madeleine from Old Bond Street said that the pre-paid package will be sent out on the 19th as I have requested the package to be sent on the date as I stayed at home all day to receive it. However, when I did not receive it, I called up again and someone provided me with the tracking number and that tracking number had no status that I can track. Later, I discovered that the pre-paid package was only sent out on the 23rd. No one apologised for this delay either and blamed me for not receiving the package. How am I suppose to receive the package when I'm at work and I specifically requested the package to be sent on the 19th. Also, I have been chasing Richard with 3 emails and my boyfriend had called and made a lengthy complaint. Still, I've heard nothing back. Before this, I had to call the call centre to chase about when my items were due to be delivered as I received no notification from Tiffany that the items were repaired and shipped. I called on 25th July around 13.45 to enquire the status and was only informed that the Post Office have attempted delivery but no one was in so it got sent back to where the PO hold their undelivered parcels. If I had not called, the parcel would have been shipped back to Tiffany and caused an even longer delay. I'm really not happy about the overall customer service that I got at Tiffany's. This is not appropriate at all for a reputable merchant that charges so much money for everything. This overall process dragged on since 10th June. I've not receive any communication from the customerservicesobs@tiffany.com email even though I've chased several times, either by phone or mail. The customer service is absolutely appalling and I am shocked at the service that I received from such a premium company. read more

I wanted to get my engagement ring from Tiffany's but shopped around before deciding on a beautiful solitaire ring. In my opinion Tiffany's has the best selection of rings and the most outstanding service, both friendly and informed (unlike some other places we tried).
