Scott from Reliable Home Services deserves every ounce of praise he receives!…read more Scott contacted me after I filled out a form with Service Magic, and he literally called me within 5 minutes of submitting my inquiry. From our first phone conversation, I was sold and didn't entertain any other offers. I was looking to have laminate installed on my entire 1st floor, and Scott advised me on the most cost-effective and easy way to get this done. From start to finish, his expertise has been INVALUABLE. He and his team have treated my home with the utmost respect, and have done immaculate work. Each day I come home more impressed than the day before, and as he wraps up (today!) I am so excited to see the end product. In addition to the laminate floors, during one of our consultations I mentioned that we were hoping to eventually replace the existing doors and closets with white ones, and Scott mentioned that he could help us take care of that. Through the entire process, Scott has been honest and upfront and communicative about any and all challenges and setbacks. He has called me daily to give me progress reports on the floors, and to see if I have any questions. I could NOT have asked for a better experience!

Jeff has done a few projects for us over the past few years and we have always been impressed…read morewith his craftsmanship, integrity, and professionalism. He has replaced cedar siding, made custom railings to replace a couple broken pieces of ours, installed a wet bar, and done a backsplash in our kitchen. The bar installation was particularly challenging because the cabinets has been purchased by the houses previous owner over a decade ago so the appliances that were originally spec'd in were no longer available. Jeff did some magic to piece together extra parts to fill in odd gaps and you would never notice. In the installation he also found that the walls were nowhere near square and he was able to work some magic to make it look perfect regardless. Jeff's prices are very reasonable, especially given the quality of his work.

I had an awful experience with IBI. The entire project was mismanaged (3 different project managers…read morein a 6 month period) with poor communication, poor workmanship, and an owner (Tony) who would rather battle his clients than right any wrongdoing by his company. We had them do three different areas of tilework; kitchen backsplash, powder room floor, and a 225 sq ft sunroom. All three areas had to be redone as the workmanship was such a poor quality. I had to hire a separate company to fix the powder room floor after IBI botched the job twice (see white mosaic tile picture). The kitchen backsplash tile spacing was extremely uneven (the installer used torn pieces of construction paper for spacers) and had to be ripped out and reinstalled. The tile spacing in the sun room (10" dark gray hexagon tiles) was off by as much as .5" in places and tiles had to be removed and reinstalled. The grout color was mixed incorrectly and way lighter than it was supposed to be. On top of all that, the charged us more than double industry standard for the work. We eventually had to take them to arbitration to receive credits that were owed. Almost all of the work was subcontracted. The only work that IBI actually did was install new cabinets. The kitchen was gutted and their "designer" created a layout that could not fit a standard sized refrigerator. They did not realize this until everything was done and the fridge didn't fit in the space allotted. We were left with a damaged fridge (dented by IBI in the moving process - another matter that was settled in arbitration) that was sticking out 3 feet into our kitchen for months while we battled to get the issue corrected. They eventually had to rip out the cabinets and modify the design so that we could have a standard sized fridge. Save yourself a major headache and avoid Incredible Builders. Hire someone else who can do the job right the first time. Also, be cautious of the positive reviews that are sure to follow this one. Tony has been known to hassle customers who had an ok experience and pressure them to write positive reviews to save face for the company. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Kamil's new company…read moreis on Facebook and Instagram as "Remodel Haus", probably because this company clearly tanked and for all the right reasons. He posted in February 2026 our bathroom remodel- work he still has yet to come back and fix from July of 2025. Kamil remodeled our bathroom in the summer of 2025. He was unreliable to show, disappeared numerous times in the 6 weeks working on the one bathroom we have in our home, and clearly took on a job that was way above his experience. We ended the job in July of 2025 after he failed to correctly install the wax ring around our toilet and it immediately ruined the brand new floor. We contacted him numerous times to come fix it and he never showed and we ended up having to repair it ourselves. No point in trying to go after a convicted felon (yup, look him up yourself). Fast forward to September of 2026, we are now having work done on our home, go in the crawlspace and find our copper shower pipe was never sweated on the back side so who knows how long it's been leaking for. I won't bother to contact him since it's been over a year since my last message to him that he still has yet to respond to. Do not go with this company or Remodel Haus or the next company Kamil starts up. Though the design did turn out the way I hoped, the craftsmanship and quality has now become a nightmare to repair.
