The technicians who came out did a phenomenal job getting all of the broken glass out of the frame and the inside. They took less than an hour and they were so professional. If we ever have anymore accidents I will definitely return back. Also since our deductible on insurance is too high, we paid out of pocket. It was $225.00 for everything including taxes and fees which is cheaper than any where in the area including Safelite. If you need glass to be replaced definitely check with this local business! I called all of the independent glass dealers in town, plus the major franchise with the sucky jingle and all indicated that an aftermarket windshield for a 2025 Jeep Wrangler was not available. I called Glass Doctor and spoke with Hunter and within 7 days an aftermarket windshield was received. Installation went as smooth as silk and the price was almost half of what the dealer wanted for Jeeps "Gorilla Glass." I can never thank them enough. After waiting a few months to save up the money to cover my deductible, I was fortunate enough to be referred to The Body Shop in Decatur, AL.. I mention the frustration and time it took to save the money because it all figures into my expectations for the repair. At that point, I wasn't asking for much more than a legit repair job that would allow me to put this whole thing behind me. What I experienced exceeded my most optimistic expectations. I arrived at The Body Shop, talked with a man named Mr. Murray, and received an estimate within 10 minutes of my arrival. He was very friendly and the estimate was accurate. He worked directly with my insurance company (ALFA) and was nice enough to call me the day of the repairs to ensure I had an understanding of my deductible and what amount I would be responsible for. All of that was great but it's not the reason I got on here to write this positive review. I write this review because of all the extra care they gave my car beyond the dent. I showed up to find my car washed and the insides looking clean (looking better than the day I bought it). The bumper looked amazing but I noticed they had taken the time to repair a portion along the inside of the wheel cover where the plastic cover had previously been bulged out. My rims were cleaned and looked brand new (I had bought this car used and the original owners had let things get pretty rough with the rims. I tried to put some muscle into cleaning them in the past with no luck). All I'm saying is this; getting in an accident is frustrating. The people at The Body Shop in Decatur do it the right way. They treat you right, shoot you straight, and go the extra mile to get your car looking as good as possible. I just couldn't have asked for a better experience.
