This location like the many other Graeter's is delicious. This location is perfect for my family and I because it's not far from our house and it's in a good area, especially for the spring/summer time. It's right next to a courtyard area where Liberty Twp holds different events in the summer. It's perfect to grab a seat outside and watch all the festivities and people watch, or simply watch the kid's playing in the water at the little area where the water shoots up. It's perfect on a nice hot summer day! My husband and I shared 2 scoops of Cookies n Cream ice cream. We love this flavor from them. The place is always clean, and you can of course sample anything you want. The service was very friendly, which makes the visit always pleasant. Very clean location inside Liberty Center! There are lots of great restaurants around so after dining out you will definitely want to save some room for dessert at Graeter's! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with samples before we selected our flavors! There are so many tasty flavors to choose from! Our all time favorite still remains black raspberry chocolate chip! We like to get the double scoop and select two different flavors to enjoy! You can get the ice cream in a cup or cone and they also have sundaes, milk shakes and malts available. They also have lots of other delicious treats available. You can also purchase many of the ice cream flavors to take home and enjoy at a later time. You can't go wrong with Graeter's! This location, just like every other I've been to has the same fantastic menu of amazing ice creams. Not to mention friendly service! On my most recent visit, I simply ran through to grab a couple pints to go. This ice cream is the perfect thing to bring home to a grandparent as a thank you for watching the kiddos. And that's the perfect excuse to grab a pint for yourself, too! I particularly enjoy this location in the summer time because it's right next to a large lawn. You can sit at the patio tables while the kiddos run around and wear themselves out! My favorite flavors are the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip and the S'mores! I have been to four different locations over the years and they are all great! Well trained, fun staff, that knows good customer service. My only complaint is that for three years now I have been able to buy limited quantities at Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh, but the rumored Pittsburgh store has yet to happen!! I should give zero stars until we get one in Pittsburgh!!! I think Cranberry two or Wexford could easily support a retail store. Oh yeah, the Steeler beat the Bengals today!!!! Every flavor I tried (the black raspberry chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate chip, and cookies and cream) were perfect, not to sweet and huge chocolate chip chunks. That said, I highly recommend anyone coming to graeters to get an ice cream flavor with chocolate chips. Yes the cookies and cream is good but the signature chip flavors are well worth the try. I love Grater's. I go ALL the time. However this last time... oof. I don't think I'll be going back to this location. Disgusting ice cream sharing practices. We all were handed our ice creams and I was about to treat my parents to the ice cream. Then my dad asked for a kids cup order for taking with him (for his dog). At the same time the women behind my dad ordered the same flavor as my dad. At which point the employees had done everything right .. however the manager misunderstood and took my dad's ice cream out of my dad's hand to give to the other lady. Then the manager asked if she was okay with that or if she would want a new one.. ?!?eww !! when the first employee had already started scooping her the one she had originally asked for. Instead of asking my dad which ice cream he had ordered and making sure it was correct with my dad.. the manager just jumped to a conclusion that my dad was in the wrong and took the ice cream out of my dad's hand!?! Just freaking ridiculous customer service. The manager did eventually hand the ice cream back to my dad but only after making my dad feel like he was the problem & never resolved the kid's cup for his dog. The manager could have at least pretended to take some responsibility for the commotion created or maybe apologize to my dad for taking the ice cream out of his hand. read more

I was disappointed because they do not use fresh made whipped cream any more, it came from a can and they asked if I wanted pecans on my sundae and they forgot to add them, I didn't feel like returning by the time I noticed.
