She provided perfect suggestions and my mother absolutely loves how the bracelet came out! I ended up getting a beautiful necklace for my birthday as well while we were there! Grady's came into my life when we relocated from NY. For the last 11 years it has been my go to store for watch batteries and repairs. Recently I asked Dawn if she could make a ring out of a pair of earrings that were a special gift from my husband. Long story, but to get to the point, Dawn created such a special ring for me. I've had my engagement ring since 2009 and the prongs have ALWAYS caught on everything from towels to my own hair. One of the prongs recently broke off, so I had to have it repaired. Grady's has hands-down the absolute best service! All repairs are done in-house, I had my ring back within a week, they fixed all four prongs at an insanely reasonable price including cleaning and polishing, was advised I can come back any time for a cleaning/polishing at no cost, they would inspect the repair every 6 months and repair if necessary... at no cost, and, best of all...... I can wear my ring all the time now without worry as the prongs were repaired so they no longer catch on ANYTHING!!! I will recommend their service to anyone, near or far! read more

We love Grady's Jewerly store in Conway. I recently took two rings to Grady's to have repaired. The result of the repair job was exceptional! They had the rings repaired within a short time and for a very reasonable price. When I picked up the rings they had been cleaned and were beautiful. One ring was over 48 years old and looked just like new again. I love dealing with family owned business's rather than dealing with the large chain stores and I was not disappointed in my choice of dealing with Grady's.
