Brought my curtains and they ruined them! They are stained and also soo over processed that the raw silk lost its sheen. He tried 3 times to fix them to finally tell me he would pay for them. I went to the fabric store near by and called him to tell him the price of the raw silk. He screamed at me that he would not pay! We took a set if drapes to this business to have cleaned and we were charged $85. When we received the drapes back they had been shrunken 5 inches. They are not fixable so we asked for our $85 to be returned. Owner refuses to deal with us and just hangs up when we call to discuss. I would never take anything to these cleaners again. I thought the reason to have things cleaned by a dry cleaner was to prevent this from happening. read more

One of the worst places to deal with. Horrible customer service, horrible job on the services they provide. Gave 2 pants to get hemmed and dry clean. First they tell me it's ready in 2 daysand you can pick it up. Fine. Came in and the old man goes your pants are not ready yet. The least they could do is call and tell me to come at a later date as I don't live close by. I come to pick it up and the stains on my white clothes were exactly the same. I don't understand what kind of dry clean service couldn't get chocolate stain out of white pants. Then they say the machine wasn't working past 2 days and that's why we couldn't do it in time. If the machine wasn't working how did they claim to dry clean. Kind of counter intuitive. Finally came in to pick up my hemmed pants and dry clean clothes. Pants weren't even hemmed to the sample I had given them. They were 2 inches longer and the stains still on the polo and pants. Yet they have the audacity to ask for money right off the back and don't have courtesy to give a discount on the horrible service they provided. Then once I got home I called back and I believe the son or the young guy with curly hair picked up and didn't apologize and yes I got aggressive because of the way he was talking and has the audacity to tell me don't come back and we are not doing anything again. Do no recommend this place to anyone because clearly they don't know how to speak to a customer and definitely will take your money first and then do a horrible job on top of that. read more

I wish I read this review before I dropped off my wedding dress to be cleaned. They destroyed my wedding dress, it's ripped and and wrinkled with holes from the cleaning process, the flower on the dress is gone. It looks like they threw the wedding dress into the washing machine. First they said they would fix it but it took 2 weeks to tell me it's not their fault and that it came like that and they yelled and threatened me when I asked for my dry cleaning money back and they'll call the police (I wasn't even yelling or screaming at them). read more

I used this company to clean my wedding dress. Was not happy with the result - the lace on the dress was dragged and out of shape. Also, the dress was extremely wrinkled. I discourage anyone from using Gracious Cleaners Dry Cleaning. They are unprofessional and dishonest. I brought my wedding gown here to be cleaned and they ruined it by scrubbing the delicate fabric and causing pilling then tried to hide the damage. They refused to cover the damages. If you bring your clothing here to be dry cleaned, do so at your own risk. You may not get it back in one piece if you get it back at all. read more

The worst dry cleaners I've ever been to in my entire life. I went with my sister to drop off curtains and the man was so sweet and kind. When my sister went to go pick up her curtains, she did not look at the bag as she trusted this man and figured he was an honest man. He mentioned something about a hole but then quickly retracted his statement. When my sister went back once she realized there was a hole, the man refused to give her a refund, and treated her with the most disrespect. He treated her so horribly that he pushed her to the point that she needed to call the ambulance as she is 8 months pregnant and was experiencing severe anxiety and her blood pressure went through the roof. I would NEVER trust this company or someone who treats humans the way the he treated my sister. Not only did he not even acknowledge his own mistakes, he tried to blame the curtains for not withstanding their machines, which clearly were just plain washing machines.
