Her treatment team has only recommended that she stay longer, and is requesting money for her to stay longer. We have barely heard from her treatment team. Releases are signed, they are legally able to communicate with us, this is just simply neglect to do so. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and unethical this treatment has shown to be. We are now looking at 8 more days of treatment for her and of course we do not plan on extending her stay because Life Skills has shown us ZERO in terms of her progress in treatment and professionalism. I have previously worked in two drug and alcohol treatment centers, I know very well how treatment works, this is beyond unprofessional and disappointing. I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend this place for treatment of your loved ones. It is genuinely scary and concerning their lack of care and professionalism.

Aside from their deep knowledge base, what has impressed me most is the collaborative approach Kurt and Linda foster with their cadre of younger therapists. Other therapists did nothing for me and the jaw muscle kept popping out, and I could not chew or eat anything prior to Jason working with me. Now I am able to eat a caramel and the jaw does not pop or get dislocated as before ... I am very grateful and I feel that he should be recognized as working with a person and working with their capabilities. Mine is that I have a strong pain threshold, and he worked to free up the muscles in my jaw. Very grateful for his work.. Now, I am going in and getting lots of great hands on work and doing a lot of exercises on my own. The progress is a miracle and I am regaining hip and back mobility that I had lost for nearly a decade in just the matter of weeks. Then, under her leadership, I kept getting did poisoning and could barely keep anything down. Then, when I returned to PHP the symptoms resolved itself within 12 hours. Then, the techs like Dianne were very empathetic and professional. My case manager Lola was rude and incompetent. She sent me to a Teen Challenge where that was the most cousin-loving, backwards, eugenics to infinity staff worked there. Lastly, the CEO Gus is a great leader. He took the time to reach out to each person one at a time. Like my therapist Mr. Gus made me feel like I s was the only patient in the world because he was such a great listener and teacher.
