This was the worst experience I've had with a service provider of any kind. The finished product was horrible -- I'm talking about visible dust, grime and cobwebs throughout the apt. When they asked us to check their work on the "fix up" cleaning, I got on the floor and showed them that the baseboards still had visible grime that needed to be wiped with a rag and water. They walked by me-- I thought maybe going to get supplies from their car, but they actually just drove off and left. We were blown away. They also just left a bag of trash on the kitchen floor that had the dirty paper towels they'd used. Extremely disappointed in the cleaning and the service. Not to mention that this was supposed to be a "deep cleaning" and we paid them 4X what we normally pay our usual lady. read more

They cleaned every nook and cranny and wiped/scrubbed out some nasty stains in the bathroom and kitchen. We had our windows done by this company. When we called them we told explained it was a 3 story house and did they have ladders that would work and they assured us it was not a problem. They did not have ladders tall enough they washed the windows in full sun and left us with streaks, drools and unwashed areas. We will not be using their services again. read more

I will start by saying I had been a repeat customer of this place at my work place in the city. In the past I had used her to remove junk same day which was really convenient. It can be much pricier than going to the dumps on your own but there is a convenience factor when you are in a bind and trying to get things done around the house. I called during their listed work hours on a Sunday and they told me that they would come around 5 and 6 to take a few things that we just haven't had time to be rid of. She then called me back right before the scheduled window and asked if she could do it the next day because it would be getting dark. We even offered to put out our Spotlight out so they could get everything into the truck. I explained to her that we did not have time before Thanksgiving and that we would need it removed at that time because we both have to work and our entire driveway was filled with the stuff. She then asked me for a picture of the stuff that needed to be taken. All we needed taken from the house was a few chairs the pillows that went on them a table with glass and old BBQ without the propane container. Some old landscaping rock and a couple other miscellaneous things no big deal. Realistically we could have fit it all in the back of our Tundra and taken it ourselves but again it was a convenience thing. They tried to charge us $400 for something that would cost us about $35 to $50 to get rid of on our own at the dumps. Long story short you may be better off just grabbing a U-Haul for 20 bucks and taking it to the dumps yourself if you're considering using this company. I will not use them again and will not refer them to anyone in the future as I have in the past. Maybe next time you should just take $250 or $300 for a half hour job I would gladly do that! Just to update my review the dumps for what she quoted cost us $36 so think twice! read more

Dependable, Reliable and Fast! Needed house cleaning service at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. Tried calling 7 different places, all needed at least 24hrs, 48hrs or 1 week notice (some didn't return my call). Graciela was the only person who said yes at 3:30pm. She met us at the house for a look-see. We needed total cleaning of bathroom (sink, bathtub, floor), kitchen counters (not inside of oven or frig although she offered) mop floors in living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms, clean windows (internal) and panes. Her 2 workers did a fabulous job, from 5:00pm-9:30pm everything was clean, bright and freshly smelling. It was a bit pricey, but for a last minute, 5-room house clean-up, it was totally worth it. Graciela and her team were personable, friendly and efficient. I would recommend them again and again. read more
