We searched high and low around the Treasure Valley for a facility my parents could call home. I can't say enough positive things about this facility. The staff is A-MA-ZING! Keri, the director, Jessica, the assistant director, Rochelle the nurse, O.G the chef, and Michelle the activities director; along with the rest of the care givers, have made this difficult transition a positive experience. The facility is beautiful! It looks like Joanna Gaines designed it herself. The food is soooo good. Even my little boys love to visit their grandparents! Children are welcomed and encouraged to visit. There's a 24 hr ice cream parlor. The memory care suites look exactly like assisted living, and every room is private! The staff treat us like family! Love, love, love this place. My parents are very happy there!

She stayed late just to work around my schedule and what she did for me was so much more than just a haircut. It meant everything to me. I wish I had the words to express that better but it just meant everything. And my hair came out beautiful!!! With how messed up it was I did not expect it to turn out the way it did. Johanna is an absolute artist when it comes to hair, everything she does turns out beautiful. She is fun and easy to talk to and so so likable. Although not the cheapest option, she was competitive and refined and customized the project multiple times to fit our needs and budget.i had a small closet that needed to accommodate two active adults with shoes, gear, etc. Lisa did a good job of communicating along the way and kept me informed as the project developed. She was able to work around my busy travel schedule and get my project installed in less than a full day, after scheduling it within 24 hours! Adam and his partner were professional and cleaned as they went. I trusted them in my house implicitly and they did a great job, especially with demolition. Overall I'm very pleased and would book them again for another project.

I walked in this paint store trying to support a smaller paint store with a horrible experience. (snarky) I then waited for my paint and I said "oh, does this paint have a base coat in it?" (I meant to say primer) and she said "What do you mean?" (really snarky). I just walked out and said "I'll figure it out on my own". Not helpful at all. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone who is trying to find helpful staff and who are willing to answer all your questions without an attitude! Not all customers are paint experts.

I had an entirely different experience than previous reviewer J W. Both times I've used Wickstrom…read morein the past 5 years, they were one of the few companies that did *not* charge for a bid. Service technician Blake came out quickly to do a no-cost bid on some plumbing work I needed done. Blake was professional, personable, and ethical. The estimate was written up clearly, and he worked with me to come up with the lowest cost option for three separate jobs. When Blake came out to do the work, he did a thorough, top-quality job, cutting no corners and even taking into consideration making service easier for the next plumber that (hopefully long after I've left) performs the same work. Both times dispatcher Helen kept me apprised of Blake's arrival times. It was good to hear her friendly voice again 5 years later. Wickstrom Service Co. is a first-class outfit and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

The response reads like my 3 year old situation is still current somehow . Very odd. Perhaps this explains my inability to schedule a quick repair with Wickstom when the new water heater controller failed and left me days with no hot water. I then called perfect plumbing and they understood my No Hot Water Problem. They worked to repair it quickly. Perfect plumbing and heating went on to replace my furnace and air conditioner the summer of 2023. They added (2) mini splits to my second level for extreme summer cooling. They are my go to Plumbing and Heating Company now.
