She makes the ENTIRE process smooth and relaxing, and also coaches you throughout your service. Kim's rates are affordable and she has specials, happy hours, and offers packages. She also has beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) that you can select from. The space is VERY clean & she has different waxes she uses for specialized waxing based in texture and skin. As soon as she's done she disinfects the area and takes out the trash. The waiting area is plush and comfortable. Since going to Kim I have seen a HUGE reduction in ingrown hairs on some of my most troubled areas. Kim is so sweet our relationship has grown! I HIGHLY recommend Wax Away Spa!

Already dazed over the prices before i even got started. So ladies if you don't know Brazilian waxes are PAINFUL for your first time. My waxing specialist (who's name i will be getting when i go back later this week for a hair appt.) was very informative and coached me through the horrible pain. I was very comfortable and I enjoyed the time it took but def don't go on a day that you have something to do. She took a while to do my manicure and the nails still came out bulky and a little uneven. Took about 4 hours! My nails are short so I figured it would take a shorter time. I'm not a nail tech by far so I'm not sure if that's how it works but just try to get an early appointment if you want to try her. I thought I'd be back but between the time it took, the quality of the work, the durability and prices, I will not be back. Update: The same day that Karen replied to this nice, but honest, review... my pinky nail broke off. I work on a computer so the nails were kept the same any other set I've had was. Yes, I do bite my nails but this has never been an issue for any other nail techs. The stickers were complimentary but they were not even flat and THAT is likely the reason they peeled. Much luck to Karen but, as I stated in my original review, I will not be back.
