She was in the front chair and over booked. She had clients come in between my hair color to get hair cuts and even made them wait. I was there for over 4 hours and my hair was still orange. No test strand done. Seems like they only cared about the "regulars". Too crowded for the space given. Very claustrophobic and not friendly in there. I paid 300$ for a terrible color service and when I asked if I still had to pay the full amount due to the color not being corrected and the time I spent there, she asked the owner and came back and said yes with the payment ready. I could see the owner and hear her, yet she never came to talk to me directly. So rude!

Once there, Jaymee immediately put me at ease by giving suggestions and asking questions about what I wanted (to chop off inches and color a balayage). The process took a few hours, so if you're going for this, be sure to block off an afternoon. I really appreciated that she scheduled enough time for me and didn't overbook. She worked on me and only me, which I loved! When she finished styling my now shorter and highlighted hair, I took one look and said, "I have Pinterest hair now!" She made me look amazing!!!
