This is very concerning and feels completely unethical. To make things worse, last year after I left an honest review about my experience, the owner abruptly terminated my son's services without warning. That alone showed unprofessional behavior, but receiving a bill after 18 months for sessions that never happened is alarming. Families with children who need support should not have to deal with surprise charges or retaliation for leaving honest feedback. I hope this company reviews their billing practices and treats families with more honesty and professionalism. I would not recommend this provider based on my experience.

He…read morestarted in the summer of 2025 and we wrapped up right at the end of the school year (6-7 years). We were lucky enough to have worked with Miss Ashley. She was exceptional to work with!!! When my son started he was a shy quiet boy with a limited vocabulary. Not very expressive. With the help of Miss Ashley he became talkative, expressive, silly and so much more. I truly believe she helped him come out of his shell and feel comfortable expressing himself. My son felt really comfortable and truly enjoyed going to each session. They are a great team to work with. I dealt directly with Miss Ashley for any cancellations or rescheduling. When we started in the summer I didn't get the time slot that I wanted because I had to commute from school. But by the time school started there was a time slot that was better for me. So don't let the time slots discourage you from a great team. On that note when we started we worked with Samantha and she was equally as great. We will miss Ashley. Winter can be a bit reserved at first but Brittany helped her feel comfortable extremely quickly and built a great relationship with her. Winter was excited to see and engage with Britany, which was very helpful in getting her through the intensive program. We started myo because of Winter's severe teeth grinding, and within 5 days of starting the mouth exercises, Winter stopped grinding! We couldn't believe it but she truly stopped within that first week. We continued the program as we wanted to ensure the grinding didn't start back up and also wanted Winter to have the ideal oral resting posture in the long term. Towards the end of the program, Winter became a silent sleeper - mouth completely closed and quiet as a mouse, couldn't hear her breathe at all. She wakes up well rested and ready to go from having great sleep. Brittany was so great with Winter, firm enough to get Winter through the exercises properly but also warm and friendly so that Winter looked forward to meeting with her. Her professionalism and productivity impressed us and we couldn't recommend her more!

Nessa was consistently unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. Nessa would cancel appointments last-minute and schedule makeup sessions without notifying us, even after we explicitly asked to be informed. Our requests were completely ignored. When we tried to address our concerns directly and requested a meeting with Nessa, she never responded. She refused to answer scheduling questions and address our communication issues. For someone who promotes herself as collaborative and compassionate, Nessa proved to be the opposite -- prioritizing her own convenience over the families she's supposed to help. Thankfully, we switched to another speech provider who has been professional, responsive, and effective. Our son has made great progress in a short time. Let's Blossom may have good therapists, but Nessa is not one of them.

To other families: do your research. Multiple negative reviews about Nessa and Let's Blossom exist on Google and Glassdoor, including one where Let's Blossom owner, Nessa, allegedly "belittled, attacked, and emotionally abused" a student reviewer. We found Let's Blossom through our child's school and wish we had looked deeper before signing on. Nessa prioritizes herself and her convenience over the children and families she's supposed to help. Please learn from our experience. Update: I want to respond to Nessa's misinformation in her reply. First, this was not a "miscommunication." We clearly communicated to Nessa and her staff at least three times that we wanted to be informed of any scheduled appointments. Despite this, Nessa told us directly that as long as my child is in school and due for make-up sessions, she would go ahead and schedule them without our knowledge and permission. Second, Nessa stated she had hoped to connect -- but in our case, she chose not to connect. We raised our concerns multiple times and even requested a meeting to address them directly. She never responded to our meeting request and refused to answer our scheduling questions or discuss communication issues. A truly collaborative provider who cares about their clients and families would have spoken with us -- but she did not. Given Nessa's unprofessional conduct and misinformation, Nessa lost our family's trust.
