The employees were friendly, greeting every customer and answering questions about desserts. We ordered two hot lattes, a cappuccino, cherry cheesecake, 2 chocolate macarons and pavlova. We ate inside. Silverware and napkins are provided and food is served on plates and mugs, not paper items, which is nice. We enjoyed everything! My daughter said that the pavlova here is just like the pavlova she had in Europe. I don't understand reviews complaining about price or that items are too sweet. It is a dessert shop. Some of the desserts are so pretty. This takes time and you are paying for that. I appreciated the attention to detail. We will definitely return.
