The previous doc hadn't even performed the tests needed to make the diagnosis, just made his judgment based on symptoms. Dr. Christopher Mills took the time to sit down with me and go over the test results, explain my symptoms and treatments, and help me get fitted back into contact lenses (that I hadn't worn in over two years). I feel that I was treated with care and concern by Dr. Mills. I felt appreciated and not just hurried through so he could get to the next patient. Said I needed another eye appointment because I didn't have 6 months left. The contacts I order only come in 6 month boxes therefore I would have to get an eye appointment every 6 months according to their logic which my insurance doesn't pay for. I asked why there didn't notify me and they stated that just wasn't their policy. They could get me a trial pair a week after my appointment. No other option even after I explained that I was overnighting my contacts because I was out. I was promised a rebate that they would enter into the system the 1st time I ordered contacts through them which made my total cheaper than ordering online. Never received rebate even after following up a few times. The receptionist kept saying it was "time" yet.
