At the end she even asked "do you want a massage or no?" when my nails were drying and it seemed like she just wanted me to say "no". I said yes please and she promptly put a 2 min timer in front of my face and gave a weak lackluster massage that said without saying "I'm done here". It seemed that a lot of regulars came in, and perhaps other technicians are friendlier and more detailed oriented, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

Upon walking in, I was nervous because there were only 2 technicians. One doing feet & one doing hands. I thought there was going to be a long wait, but these 2 women were fast & efficient without losing quality. Both women would ask for your approval, making sure expectations were met. Both women were gentle as well. I showed the designs, shape, including colors I wanted & they were matched to the T. A couple of my nails grow downward for some reason & she was also to fix them without using fake nails. The 2 kids were assisting with prepping, applying the final touches, ringing customers out & scheduling. I made sure to make another appointment before I left.
