She said normally it's $55 but they charged an extra $5 for shaping. Huh? I thought shaping the nails was included, I don't like salons that upcharge for every little thing. My services were done simultaneously so that was appreciated but the quality of the paint job was a bit disappointing. I intended to do a pink French tip and they simply could not achieve the proper shape that my personal photo referenced. I had two different techs try and both were unsuccessful. I was patient as they tried their best & they were patient as i did my best to give direction. In the end i went with a solid pink they apologized for not being able to do the French tips. The techs have always been pleasant but not overly talkative. Now let's talk about the actual job. My pedicures have always turned out ok, but my gel or sns sets, not good. Each time, I've had my nails chip or come off within a week and half or less. This shouldn't happen, especially with SNS nails. The manicures have also been lackluster with no hand massage and with pedicures, sometimes forgetting the foot massage. I will say that every time I've been, the owner, Karen, usually has a regular client that she's seeing and everyone loves her. Seems like she does a lot of specialty nails, so it's kind of crazy that her techs do such lackluster jobs on basic nails chip sets.

He was pretty subdued but I notice that most nail technicians don't trot out their personalities unless you're spending a lot of money. Unfortunately, I can't wear long nails because of work - and I'm allergic to the red dye used in most nail polish, so I'm stuck with having to get pedicures - never manicures ... and no red or pink or derivatives. I love gel, but it always causes my nails to split and break. The Overall vibe here was pretty unwelcoming. One technician was kinda argumentative with a walk-in customer who had apparently called before coming in - to see if they were busy ... and they told her to come, but by the time she arrived, 4 new customers had shown up. It was 5pm. Price / Value Super over-priced. I wanted a pedicure, but there was a wait and I had to back at home in less than an hour, so I opted for a polish change only - French. This place charged $15 higher than their posted price for a polish change. I completely understand that french costs more - this is normal, but paying $15 more - no. Overall Overall I wouldn't come back simply because I don't like spending money in places where I don't feel welcome.
