I have used party all the time twice for my daughters birthday parties and they are awesome! For her first birthday party we hired the yellow one eyed monster (minion look alike) and he was so much fun! So much energy and played games with the kids. He was all over the place entertaining and keeping the kids engaged. This year for her 2nd birthday party we hired the spongey dude (sponge bob lookalike) and Lauren came and did some face painting and balloon animals with the kids. She was so sweet and patient. When it came time for her to do games as the spongey dude she was still very patient, even though we had some rowdy kids who seemed to lose a bit of interest. She stayed longer and engaged with my 2 year old for the last 30 minutes and gave her lots of hugs and high fives. That alone was worth our money! I took a double big risk of booking a clown for our son's 3rd birthday first time ever (had no idea how that would go) and through a company I never dealt with before. We had the party 2 days ago and, I must say, Cassandra (owner) and Sam (our wonderful, hard-working clown) made the whole process of booking and party itself to be a pure joy. This place is great, we did the pony rides that came with 2 ponies and 2 assistants. They showed up on time and were super professional/nice. We even wanted to move the date back one day because of rain almost last minute and they were totally cool with that. We got a balloon twister and face painter for my son and nephew's 3rd bday at Travel Town, Sam came out and did a great job with the kids! My son has a lot of energy but Sam was able to keep him engaged long enough to do a full face paint! He was loving it!!! The kids had a blast and Sam was a trooper! It was a pretty hot day and a lot of the animal balloons popped from the heat but Sam just kept making them for the kids! Wedding of my dreams. Cassandra and her staff are top notch. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. And most importantly, they gave us peace of mind. Their expertise, confidence and know how is bar none. My fiancé and I (now husband... yay!) thought we could do it all and boy were we wrong. In 2013, we booked "Tink" for my daughter's 2nd and 5th birthdays since they are just days apart. It was great, she was on time, played with the kids, face painting and balloon making. She even stayed an extra 5/7 min to sing happy birthday to the girls and a couple of pictures. Cassandra was easy to talk with and scheduling with the arrangments. Now 2015, my girls decided a frozen theme and we were having at least 20+ kids ranging from 4 to 7 years old. Once again Cassandra made everything a smooth arrangement. Between the emails, phone calls and texts, to ensure everything ran smoothly. Got personal calls from "Ice Queen" and "princess Ann" couple of days before event and ask about any thing they need to know or stuff. I let them know. They came on time, and only thing out of my oldest was OMG, OMG, OMG. They painted their faces beautifully, balloons, magic show, and for a while wouldn't have known I had kids at the party,they were sooo entertained. My youngest is not too friendly about people she doesnt know, but they had her participating, laughing and having a good time. I owe it to this place to leave a review. We hired Spider-Guy (looked just like Spider Man) for my son's Superhero themed 2nd birthday party and he was fantastic! He showed up right on time and even though it was a pretty hot day, he did such a good job! Never took off his mask, not even once! All the kids loved him and many thought he was the real Spider Man! Not only did he play games with the kids, but he gave them face paintings and made balloon animals! He was the whole package and the perfect entertainment for the kids! And even after his shift was done and he had everything packed, he made himself available for one last round of picture-taking! A true professional! And a pleasure to work with! Didn't seem like he was rushing to finish nor uncomfortable being there! I can't say much about the booking process as my girlfriend did the booking, but she had no problems from what I understand. And from a price perspective, it was a rather good deal. According to my girlfriend, most of the other places charged a similar rate, but that didn't include face painting nor balloon animals, which was an additional fee... The package we bought for a similar price was all inclusive of this! Anyways, we were so impressed and happy with the final product! It was only after he left that I realized I had forgotten to tip him, not because it's etiquette, but because we were so impressed and happy with the job he did... Did I forget to mention it was about 88 degrees outside and he was wearing a costume with a mask that covered his whole head! From the very beginning of contacting Party All the Time I felt confident that this was the spot to book my entertainment. The owner Cassandra could not of been more helpful in explaining to me the packages and all options I would have. I had Cassandra be my face painter and glitter tattoo artist for my daughters 2 yr. old birthday party and WOW, she did an amazing job!! My start time was 3:30 and she showed up early to set up and my daughter was getting tattooed at 3:30!!! I received a call, e-mail, and text a few day before the party to confirm. They do not mess around when confirming times and putting you at ease that they will be there on time. Thank you! We had originaly booked a 2 hour time slot but Cassandra definatly accomidated an extra hour, 15 minutes before my time ended, due to the demand from kids and adults alike that wanted not only tattoos but face painting as well. It was amazing to see how many adults waited in line to get something. With a constant line, Cassandra really worked fast to get everyone something (WITHOUT CUTTING CORNERS) she was orginized and efficient and gave everyone exactly what they wanted, even yellow dolphins... Not only was her work amazing and entertaining to watch, she was such a sweet and inviting person. She took the time to listen to what the kids wanted, they ranged from 2-13, and really made them feel special when she worked on them. My daughter, 2 years old, felt so comfortable that she was able to sit still during her tattoos that she was able to get two and still did not want to leave the chair. There was not one child at the party that did not get anything done, a child that wanted to get work done had priority over all adults and that was a great rule, made everyone happy! Hosting a party for over 60 people is a lot of work and not one time did I have to worry about something going wrong with the entertainment. Cassandra was so professional that she did not even stop to eat something even though I had offered several times, she advised she was there to give my guest a wonderful experience and she exceeded that statement. I could not count how many compliments I got for her and how enjoyable she was, It was good to see that I made the right choice in booking their services. I'm a first time yelper but felt compelled to write a review because of the excellent service this company had, even receiving a follow up phone call from the office manager Jessica to make sure everything went well. She said, "I want to ride a choo choo train with Elsa." I called Emily at Grace Entertainment and she made our daughters unique request a reality! 1. AMANDA is the world's greatest Elsa. Several parents came up to me and said after seeing dozens of Elsa's at birthday parties Amanda from Grace Entertainment is the best. She sings beautifully, plays with the kids, and is gentle and patient when little ones are shy. She is also a masterful face painter and accomodated some really unique face painting requests from our guests! 2. The RAINBOW TRAIN and it's sweet conducter were a huge hit. The kids could not get enough of the train. 3. All of the rentals were on time and set up beautifully - tables, tents, chairs, linens, etc. 4. Multiple parents commented that the BOUNCY HOUSE was the cleanest they'd ever seen. 5. Emily at Grace Entertainment was SO helpful and patient and responsive through our planning process. I called Cassandra for my son's 3rd bday and she was veryinformative with lots of great ideas for my party.I got the petting zoo and puppet show for my barnyard bash and OMG it was such a hit with all my guests at the party. Despite the rainstorm the petting zoo and the puppeteer both shoes up at the scheduled time and they were so professional, great at what they did, and pleasant to work with.
