Horrible customer service ! The owner ... It's all about her, her, her....tries to talk…read moremotivational but VERY fake! Poor lady she needs a lot of help she needs Lord Jesus Christ in her life this is not a place to go very pricey herbalife powder drinks, very expensive!!!

This place is a dumpster fire. I'll explain…read more - The "weight loss" involves cardio and "squats". I wrote "squats" because they are done with poor form which can lead to back problems. The "coaches" aren't knowledgeable to instruct proper form. - I went jogging with one of the "coaches" once. She spent the whole time trying to get me to be an Herbalife distributor. The girl was unable to jog more than a half mile, but she can teach classes? - The whole studio is just Herbalife. They have this gimmick that you can train for free. The catch is you have to become an Herbalife distributor and make money off of it. The money you earn pays for the classes. Spoiler alert: you won't make money. Another spoiler: they deny they are an Herbalife studio despite Herbalife products being everywhere. - The classes are just ridiculous. "Booty Tuesdays" and what not. Want to guess what exercise they will do? I'll give you a hint: "squats" - OK this one bugs me. This studio is aimed primarily towards women. Cool, but why on this green earth do you choose the worst, most misogynistic form of reggaeton to dance to? OK you want the beat, fine, but lyrics saying "eres una puta" and "culea culea perrea perrea" wtf? - The lady who runs the place seems nice enough, but her cringe level is very high. Being cringy isn't a deal breaker but her constant shilling of Herbalife is. - I feel bad for the people who come here. I really do. - Seriously, if you REALLY want to lose weight, then try somewhere else. You will get better results walking around the block than coming here, and you're less likely to be injured. - Oh no, they have kettlebells. Who wants to do kettlebell swings incorrectly and throw out your back? - You need a 3 hour course to teach zumba, and believe me, it shows with these "coaches". - Write these words on pieces of paper: you, got, this slayer, queen, ladies, today, slay. Jumble them and re-arrange them in any order. That's the cringy message you will see every single day. You need better marketing. If you drive by this place, just keep going, shake your head, and thank yourself for not wasting your time. Your spine will thank you for not subjecting it to the abuse it would get from "squats" and those incorrectly-done kettlebell swings.

Ms. Lynn at the desk is a sweetheart and has always been so friendly and answers all my questions. We have had classes with Brianna, Gwen, Makenna, Kaylie and Giselle over the years and they have taught the girls age appropriate routines and given them the foundational skills to continue in dance. Monthly pricing is very reasonable, the studio is always neat and decorated nicely. They put together summer classes and offer classes for adults too. I highly recommend Dance Infinity SA to anyone. I hope to continue with them for many years to come.

So, you're thinking about putting your child in dance? That's nice. Well, let me just tell you…read morethis: I would NOT recommend Dance Infinity. It's not completely terrible--some of the instructors are very kind there. There is one director that I would never recommend, and her name is Hallie Odom. She is one of the main instructors for teens and adults. Now you may be asking, "Well, what's so bad about her?" Well, you're in for a ride--let me tell you. One thing is her teaching style is very sink or swim. There's not much step-by-step guidance, especially for beginners who have never done ballet before. My two daughters went there for about 5 months and had never done ballet, and she never once helped them. And she knew they had never done ballet. She never tried to get to know them. The first day they went, she told my younger daughter, who was 13, "Your sister was really good, her footwork was really nice." My daughter was just nodding, and then she said, "And you... you were... yeah," then smiled and walked away, leaving my daughter crushed and coming home crying. Now, if you're signing up your older kid for anything, they will most likely have her. And if you sign them up for ballet, it is mandatory for them to also do ballet progressions. If your child has never done ballet, trust me, this will ruin their confidence and make ballet seem 10x harder, because Ms. Hallie doesn't teach them the terms or how to do the movements. One of my daughters spent a whole day teaching herself the terms and movements just to catch up. And the worst part is she plays favorites--she mostly corrects and helps girls she's known since they were little. She would always help them, but never give my daughters much attention. Now I'm not asking for Ms.Hallie to stop and slow down the whole Class for them but it's just the fact that she never corrected them nor helped them instead just left them to figure it out themselves even though thats literally what I'm paying her to do is to help them. My daughter even tested it during across-the-floor work by going in front to see if she would get feedback. She didn't say anything to my daughter, but gave corrections to the student she knew behind her instead. Now let's talk about Ms. Lin. I was signing up one of my daughters for contemporary (Ms. Giselle is the contemporary teacher--very kind and helpful). While I was on the call, I also brought up that my daughters weren't getting much help in ballet to see if anything could be done. She responded in a very rude and dismissive way, saying something like, "And yet you want to sign her up for another class even though you're having these problems," which I found very unhelpful. Overall, I felt like I wasn't taken seriously when trying to address concerns. The owner, Gwen, was kind in the few interactions I had with her and tried to help by letting my daughters go into class 10 minutes early for extra help with Ms. Hallie, but that still didn't make much difference. All in all, the other instructors for younger or beginner classes are wonderful--the jazz, contemporary, and hip hop teachers are great. I just highly do not recommend this studio for teens who are beginners in ballet or trying to start ballet for the first time.

There's plenty of equipment to go around, and even during peak hours you rarely have to wait more than a couple of minutes to use a machine, bench, or squat rack. The gym is also exceptionally clean; it's clear the owners take pride in the space, because you'll barely find a speck of dirt or even a smudge on the mirrors. The owners, Norm and Joanna, are some of the nicest people you'll meet. They're also very knowledgeable trainers who offer personalized training sessions tailored to your individual goals. What Titan Gym may lack in size, it more than makes up for with its sense of community. The members are incredibly welcoming and diverse--ranging from college students and young professionals to parents and older adults staying active in their later years. It's a place that supports both casual gym-goers and serious lifters alike (including a member who recently placed first in a state powerlifting competition). You also won't find the stereotypical "gym bro" atmosphere here--people are respectful of each other's space, time, and noise levels. The people here also organize activities outside the gym as well, ranging from Spartan races and marathons to casual hikes, beer festivals, concerts, and even weekend gaming. At the time of writing this review, Titan Gym is located in Alamo Ranch, though they plan to move to a much larger facility later this year (close to the Santikos Theatre). That will be a great step forward, as the current space can feel a little cramped in certain areas. Still, even in its current form, Titan Gym manages to create an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. I'm personally a Texas transplant, and finding this gym went a long way to making this place a new home.
