My child was sleep in the crib but inside I found 2 or 3 gnats. 2) Allegedly, my child was PURPOSELY left on the ground to cry so that he could throw up and be sent home. In my mind this is child abuse, picturing my kid crying little lungs out and they just starring at my kid until he throws up. We have contacted DCF to do an investigations into this allegation. But he has been removed from the school because there is no longer a trusting relationship. Plus the turn over is pretty high, always new teachers in the rooms. I would not recommend this daycare.

The first time I met her you can tell she's a Bitchy person and has Avery nasty attitude. She's all fake smiles all around. So let me begin. My child has been there for maybe 1 months and a half The first 2 weeks my child kept coming home dirty and when I say dirty I mean very dirty. Dried food and sauce all over his face and hair. Became to the point I had to address this to Cindy. Which she brought to her staffs attention. And it was corrected. But then a few weeks later my child got injured. He came home with a black eye. Their excuse for it was he climbed and fell and jammed a toy into his eye. I understand children make accidents but why would you have something there for an infant to climb on when they are new walkers in that room. 1st mistake as making the environment baby friendly. Then a few days later he falls and has a mark on his head. Of course now Cindy blames my child for him being a wobbly walker. But let me say this first he's 11 months. My kid was walking at 8 months. He never falls on my watch. Then he falls again and has a mark on his forehead she tells me. Again blames him and says he's a new walker. Then a week after that I get a call he needs to go to the emergency cause now he has a gash in his chin. Story they claim , he was walking with a toy and falls and face plant into the ground but toy never hit him. But weird because the cut on his chin is a perfect line. Only falling on an edge counter or sowmthing like that would result in that type of injury. Doctor tells me their story is false and it's obvious if you seen the injury for yourself. And of course she blames my child. And I was already upset with their cameras not working that same day he got injured. And to top it off. I even asked for assistance on their app. They always are quick to reply. But for this odd reason they ignore my request for camera assistance. And also when it had a malfunction it tells you to contact them. So I did. But no answer. A week now goes by they message me on the same app ignore my question a week ago, but then had the nerve to ask me questions about their update shows for my child. They are very quick to save their own asses for insurance policies for their business. But has no care for children. So I confronted them. Cindy had the nerves to call me immediately after I confronted them on the chat. And crazy thing is she also notifies me my son got his cheek bruised cause he fell again. Now this makes it 5 times like what the fuck! And then she has the nerves to argue with me and even tries to tell me my child is safe on their watch. Like she must be a fucking idiot. And she yelled at me and told me to take my kid else where. Which I did. Don't do this to yourself or your child. Find another daycare. I don't even know how they haven't been shut down. Very ridiculous and I'm Just glad my child is alive.

We experienced situations where teachers were yelling at children, as well as concerns about adequate supervision. On multiple occasions, my child came home with bite marks. I understand that accidents can happen in a childcare setting, but repeated incidents raised concerns for us about supervision and how these situations were being handled. We also had concerns with classroom management and communication. At one point, my child became so uncomfortable that he was crying and saying he was scared to go to daycare. We ultimately requested a classroom change, and our experience improved significantly with different teachers. We had some wonderful teachers who were kind and caring, and we appreciated them very much. Unfortunately, our most recent issue has been financial. We provided more than the required two-week notice and were previously given a $260 vacation credit for two weeks our child was absent in March. Based on the attendance, tuition, credit, and payments made, there appears to be an overpayment of approximately $256.41. I have provided the daycare with a detailed explanation and calculation and have repeatedly tried to resolve this directly. I have also specifically requested an explanation from the regional director regarding why this matter has not been addressed. I was told by the school director that the regional director has access to all of my emails and the relevant Procare information, yet she has not addressed the matter with me directly. What is particularly frustrating is that I was told by Mrs. Kayla that she believes I am simply asking for a refund of an unused vacation credit. That is not what I am requesting. The $260 vacation credit was already applied to my account and was part of the calculation when determining what I owed. The issue is the resulting account balance and apparent overpayment after applying the credit and accounting for the days my child actually attended. If the regional director has reviewed the emails and Procare records, I would expect the information to clearly show what I am actually disputing. I have asked for a straightforward explanation of how the final balance was calculated, but I have yet to receive one. I even offered an alternative resolution--using the amount toward several days of individual care if issuing a refund was administratively difficult. Overall, our experience has been very mixed. We had teachers who genuinely cared about our child, and we are grateful for them. However, the concerns regarding supervision, repeated biting incidents, teachers yelling at children, communication, and now the handling of an apparent overpayment have left us very disappointed. I'm sharing our experience so other parents can make an informed decision and, importantly, carefully keep track of attendance, payments, credits, and communications regarding their child's care. I will update when I hear back from the Regional Director about the refund.

He didn't know any of this when he started. The facility is clean and they decorate for the holidays. The meals are included with the price, home-cooked and MORE than enough. The kids are good kids. You don't walk in to bad words, fighting or any of that. They all give my son a hug everyday when he leaves, and even the big kids are patient and friendly with him too. The school is equally diverse, which I love, so my son has learned to be friends with every kind of person! They have people come and take pictures that you can purchase with professional backgrounds, they have holiday parties and do really cool arts and crafts projects. The 3 and 4 year old kids are together, so my son is already literally learning everything from the VPK courses. Right now, he is learning to write letters! It's like getting two years of preparation before kindergarten instead of just one. When my son "officially" starts VPK next year, he will definitely be way ahead of the game. They have a big, fenced in play yard where my son loves to roam. They are so affordable that I almost didn't use them. I didn't trust the price. But they are truly exceptional and I am grateful I went with my gut. I am very protective of my little boy and went to several different daycares before I found this one. Thank goodness I did.
