Horrible my parents sent me there because they destroyed their own child and didn't want me to…read more"tell on them because they are better now" so they sent me to BB to "fix me". First, you are put in a dark room with your parents, and they make you do exercises (the exercises were things like moving your head around, tapping your fingers, LITERALLY SQUEEZING A FREAKING BALL.) and they pointed everything wrong with me out. That made me feel truly uncomfortable and made me self-conscious for DAYS. Next you are given a partner based on the 2 hour time that they get to decide your personality. My partner is the sweetest girl in the world she is 16 atm and is diagnosed with autism and ADHD. Her dad put her in BB to fix her autism and ADHD (news flash you can't fix that with moving your head around and squeezing a ball. (COMMON SENSE..)). Anyways you have to do exercises everyday with your parents watching you (stressful af). And when you go into the center the parents can't go with (THANK GOD) and that is because they literally give you the meanest looks if you do one thing wrong and make it obvious if you have done something (targeted). I would NEVER in my life ever force someone to go through this torture. Another thing that happens was with a little boy who had Toruttes and he was having a tic attack and the person who was supposed to help him was screaming about what "the f(not going to type it) is wrong with him. Is he f(not going to say it 2x) possessed by satan" KEEP IN MIND THERE WERE 7 YR OLDS IN THE ROOM AND THE KID WAS 5. They promised to fix me yet my depression is worse, anxiety is through the roof, still can't stop ticing, and my self-destructive thoughts are even worse. Nothing changed for the better I only got worse and now have to deal with faking that I'm better so my parents don't have to send me back to that hellhole. Put a fake name for my review because my stupid anxiety makes me thing BB is going to track me down.

However, my concern lies with Mrs. Zee, the Co-owner/Director. I have a couple of major issues. She seems friendly enough at first, but as time goes on you begin to notice passive aggressive undertones in her communication. So much so, that the parents are made to feel as though they're doing an inadequate job parenting their kid. She tends to compare children all the time, and offers unsolicited advice. For example, our son has trouble staying attentive (he's a just-turned-4 year old boy!). He is extremely hyperactive, and definitely a little daredevil. Honestly, what pre-school boy isn't? She tells me to get my son evaluated because he's a lot worse than most of their kids there. She'll say it in a way that makes it seem like she's just being caring, but in reality, it's very condescending. Another example - if my child has the sniffles or allergies one day, she somehow makes it into a massive ordeal as if I should get it checked out because it could be RSV which is DEADLY (and she was sure to mention the fact that it's deadly). Very tactless and unnecessary. Literally, every mild complaint my child has is blown completely out of proportion. In my view, as childcare professionals, they should know what is and is not serious enough to call a parent to pick up their kid. We have JOBS that we cannot just up and leave at the drop of a dime. A courtesy call is one thing, but that's not the case here. Inevitably, every time I pick up my son because of one of these ridiculous symptoms (insect bite, gas), he is always happy and totally fine once I get him home. Don't get me wrong, obviously if he's showing serious symptoms of course I have no problem picking him up! I wouldn't want to keep him there if he's contagious or feeling seriously ill. However, her ability to make appropriate judgement calls are lacking. Aside from that, good luck trying to have a reasonable adult conversation with her about your concerns. She's ALWAYS right and will talk over you. She's extremely rude if you actually challenge her. If you're looking for childcare right now, look elsewhere. The lower cost is not worth the extra drama of dealing with her.

The environment at this school is incredibly supportive and tailored to gifted students. The small class sizes and individualized attention have made such a positive impact.
