How are you suppose to get your messages from the provider if the web site they want you to use doesn't work? I've been trying for 2 days to get medication that was sent to Walmart for my dad fixed and no one will talk to you on the phone or call you back. If you have ever been to a surgical center you know that most patients are not allowed to drive…read morethemselves home. Therefore they bring along a designated driver. This week that was me. This is not my first rodeo at these kinds of places as both a patient and a driver so I have the experience to compare them. The WAITING AREA here was just average. The furniture was just OK. The refreshment station, coffee, water, etc. was marginal. Keep in mind that some folks need to wait for several hours. I had the opportunity to assist with the INTAKE process and it was streamlined and very efficient. Patients are often under stress and the last thing they need is bureaucratic hassles and that did not happen here. I interacted with several staff from clerical and nursing up to MDs. Everyone was COMPETENT and COMPASSIONATE and a pleasure to deal with. If you are unfortunate enough to need these types of services, these folks would be a solid choice.

Smith…read morerandomly turned the appointment into a bizarre interrogation with regard to my "mental health"... Did I ever experience depression, etc.... When I stated that my mental health was not pertinent to my visit and that I would rather not discuss such, Smith ( not a mental health specialist ) became very defensive, stated something to the effect of "this isn't going to work for me".... My experience with Smith leads me to conclude that there is a reason he does not have a PHD, isn't an MD. ( My husband was also witness to this violation of personal/patient rights ). Maybe Smith can respond to my negative review with a condescending retort, like the responses I've read to other negative reviews, on other pages.
