Even though they could not provide the services I required, they did look up someone who could. Then the receptionist I spoke with happily provided me with all the pertinent information. I didn't even have to request her help. It was offered freely. In today's world that speaks volumes to me! I can't say anything about the doctor, but from my phone conversation, I feel fully confident saying that at least your dealings w/their front office will be pleasurable.

I've been with him for 11+ years and here is what it's like to visit this practice. Arriving- He is in private practice and owns his own very nice stand-alone building with private parking. It is just off US Route 27 North. Parking is a snap. Ambience- The interior is spotless with a comfortable waiting room. I don't spend much time there as his process is very efficient. His treatment rooms are also very comfortable. Network- He is part of the Advent Health System as are all of my specialist MDs. It's wonderful and extremely convenient that all of my Docs have access to all my records! Intake Process- When I show up, I usually see two or sometimes three folks that take care of the basics. They are friendly and efficient, do their thing and then pop me into a treatment room. So customer service is exemplary. I usually wait about five minutes before the boss shows up. Bedside Manner- If you are expecting a crisp white jacket and formal attitude, you are in the wrong place! He usually wears shorts and for me he hits just the right balance between casual and getting the job done! Super easy to talk to. If I get a blood test, he calls me within a week after the results are in. Faster if it's something serious. Language Barrier- Folks sometimes ask me if he has a difficult accent and the answer is absolutely not! Anyone who has ever met him will say the same. A quick visit to the front desk to pick up any follow up paperwork and I'm out of there! Conclusion- So I experience an excellent environment with solid caring and friendly staff. My records are organized across my Docs. Dr. Sharma's bedside manner suits me, and I trust him! It's a solid five stars from me!

You can ignore that first sentence as that was just wishful thinking! I did my research that included the net, friends and relatives and of course the thoughts of my Primary. I picked these fine folks and in specific Dr. Winn. The Appointment Process- They endeavor to do a lot of the process online. You get links by email and text to complete the paperwork. Checking In- The 1st step is easy because they have three check-in windows! They handed me a clipboard with a mountain of paperwork much of which I had completed online! When I queried them, I was told just to complete the portions I hadn't seen online. Then why did they give it to me! They need to fix this. Minus one star. The Physician's Assistant- She was excellent. We got all the basics out of the way very efficiently. Dr. Winn- Young and whip smart with a no-nonsense style but at the same time very friendly. I loved her bedside manner! We got to the heart (pun intended) of the matter within minutes. So first impressions were very good. I have a bunch of tests to endure during the coming weeks. We feel we are extremely fortunate to have found such a wonderful, caring, compassionate, and loving doctor -- who really listens to us. I first started coming to Dr. Montero with a recommendation of a friend from church, back in 2013. Dianne didn't care much for her PCP, so I recommended Dr. Montero -- and she was thrilled with how attentive he was to her needs. My sister Trish invited us over to her house for dinner, and while we were eating my brother-in-law William asked, "I'm not happy with my doctor. Who do you go to, and do you like them? Dianne and I looked at each other and she said, "Do we like him?! He's fabulous!" William asked, "You mean both of you go to him?" I replied, "That's right, and we recommend him highly." So Dr. Montero is now William's PCP, and the next time we were over to their house, William said, "Well you were sure right about Dr. Dan Montero. You feel good having a great PCP like him." There's a good chance the next time we go to their house, he'll probably have Trish going to Dr. Dan . . . (:-o)

I was trying to figure out a day to get an appointment, the original day i was looking for was not available so i had to rethink things and due to the situation at my job there are not a lot of days i can take off. When i changed my mind and asked about the availability of a day she mentioned previously she kind of laughed and sighed then proceeded to ask in a hostile voice what time i was looking for. This may be my last visit to this office.

That's a much easier way of saying a Cardiologist that specializes in Electrophysiology. These are the docs you go if your ticker might have an electrical problem. In my case it was Dr. Safi Ahmed. Font-of-the Office- A well-oiled machine! Pleasant seating area. Friendly folks. The paperwork was one signature on one sheet of paper. Don't you love it when computerization works! Physician's Assistant- As usual, at least for me, you see a PA first who does the basics and sets you up for the doc to come in. She was competent and friendly. I waited ten or fifteen minutes until the doc came in. The Doctor- First impressions were great! Bedside manner is important to me, and he was friendly but got right down to business which I appreciated. His explanations were great without too much medical jargon. Most importantly, I didn't feel rushed. It turns out that my ticker didn't need lot of work which was great news! In the future, if my heart blows a circuit this is where I'll go!
