Great Service! Excellent Work!…read more I had a VCT floor that was not buffed or waxed in roughly 20 years. The old coat of wax, originally applied, was worn off and nonexistent. This VCT floor, in a maintenance office, was faded, stained and looked beat up and worn. I contacted Sam, the owner of Rhone Floor Maintenance, for stripping and waxing services on this floor. I was very pleased with previous work that Rhone had done on other floors in the Building. Sam was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the process, of what needed to be done to revive this floor. He stripped, scrubbed and applied multiply layers of wax on this floor making it look almost new. The best part about Rhone's work was his attention to detail. Sam was very meticulous, thoroughly cleaning all corners, wiping off the cove base and covering all to make sure there was no wax splashing on edge strips, cove base and built-in furniture. Sam Rhone Flooring did a great job for a great price!!! I will definitely call him back for future work or refer him to anyone needing floor work done. Gave me the quote and Idid not question that I wanted him to do my project. Gave him the deposit. He showed up on time for the transformation of my garage. He was so detailed in grinding and patching my floor. It took him two long days for my three car garage. The transformation was Exceptional. He left absolutely no dust, dirt or fleck from his finished product in the garage or driveway. He hauled all his stuff away. Leaving no debris. The garage was transformed into a piece of art. He advised us not to close the garage door for 2 days. We mad a mistake and closed it. He returned in 1 week and repaired our mistake. He did not just patch it he re-did the whole section. At no extra charge. Our error and he said he will fix. He and his partners are exceptional. I would recommend them one thousand percent. This investment was worth it. Just an EXCEPTIONAL experience and a beautiful finished product .

The carpet sample seemed a lot better than what was installed and the padding is nonexistent. Not exaggerating, it feels like there's no padding. I paid over $9k expecting to have something that will last my family for 15 years. This is dreadfully disappointing. Avoid at all costs!

We hired Molyneaux to install manufactured hardwood on our first and second floor. They were…read moresupposed to have it installed while we were on our honeymoon. Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.
