I called Schultheis Bros for an estimate. I got there name off of the trans website as an authorized installer. From beginning too end Schultheis Bros where professional and did an amazing job. The sales gal came wrote up an estimate and gave it to us on the spot. Wife and I said ok and about a few days later she came back with lead installer too check over everything too make sure everything was going to be ok for the instal. He decided we did not need as big a but heating int or as big a ac unit as our third floor is not vented. The installers where fast and friendly and did an amazing job. Botched chimney flashing repair…read more I hired Monroy to replace my chimney flashing that was leaking inside the house and causing water damage to the wall in an upstairs bedroom and my living room below. The job also included caulking the J-channel that ran up and down the entire chimney. Jeff charged $2950 for the job and had a man named Carlos come do the work. Carlos missed caulking a section of the J-channel which is leaking into the house now. After another day of rain the original flashing leak is still leaking so I consider this a complete failure. I had already had the inside wall tore open so I can clearly see the leaks. Jeff has stopped returning my calls and texts so he has no intention of making this right. If they don't get it right the first time you're screwed.
