They left crumbs on my counters and on my stove. Then came my refrigerator. I was told my fridge shelves/drawers would be taken out, washed, and then put back in. This never happened. I had drawers with crumbs in them still and I could tell my shelves were never taken out and washed (they had crumbs and rust on them too). My fridge simply never got cleaned. The best part of this all is the owner calls me and doesn't believe that I have a kitchen that wasn't cleaned. I had to send her pictures for her to believe me. While having conversations about the fridge, she also told me that having some crumbs left in my fridge doesn't make or break a good cleaning job. I couldn't believe what I hearing, let alone for the money I was paying. She never fully apologized for having the fridge not be cleaned (I proved this with my photos I sent to her) and she was less than professional when talking on the phone. She was trying to make this issue be my problem and not hers. She does not know how to listen to customers and give any kind of understanding. Save yourself money and do the job yourself.
